Ana (the owner) and her team do an excellent job! I have been doing bi-monthly cleanings for about 5 years now and are very pleased with the service. Ana always confirms the cleaning the day before and if I have to change the day, she is very accommodating. The women who clean my house are friendly, trustworthy, reliable and make my house shine. First time using a cleaning service in the Chicago area. They are very responsive on the phone and quick to explain how the service works. First time was a deep clean and then going to use them on a monthly basis from here on out. They did an excellent job at my apartment where I have a dog that sheds. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Very bad experience. Asked for a deep cleaning. Eliza entered my home telling me to move everything so she can clean. Which I thought the point of cleaning is for the cleaner to have to move things to clean and organize. She was charging me $7 extra for having to change the bed sheets on each bed and $30 for cleaning stove which is not the same prices on website. We also agreed on a time and she rescheduled which I said ok to. She got bothered that I didn't throw out my garbage (again, I thought you're supposed to be doing that) and said "forget this, ive cleaned million dollar houses before, I don't need this" and rushed out and left. And she was asking for payment up front before she started her services. As well as saying "I wasn't ready for my house to be cleaned since I had all these things in the way". Which was to be thrown out by you, cleaning lady. I told her I asked for a deep clean and you want me to throw out garbage and move my dog toys somewhere else. That's what was all in the way.

When we were moving out of our old house it was such a mess I needed someone to help get it ready for selling. Eliza did so much amazing work I was blown away! Now she’s with us cleaning weekly in our new place and we are not letting her go! Professional,fast,great person that knows what she’s doing! Exactly what we need!

She’ll pick up cleaning supplies if I’m out of anything. She’s flexible about rescheduling. And, she’s just a very sweet, thoughtful, and kind person.
