I just started working with Eliza and HRD Cleaning Service and they are great!

Eliza makes it easy to set-up appointments over text. She's also communicative the day of, shows up on time and even sends out picture updates of the job.

I'm always impressed when I come to a super clean apartment. Needless to say, I cannot recommend them enough!

I highly recommend HRD. Eliza and Stephani did a wonderful job cleaning my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. It was easy to schedule with Eliza. They arrived while I was gone so we easily arranged access to my home. They cleaned while I was at work so I returned home to my sparkling, clean apartment. The cost was extremely reasonable given the extensive cleaning they did. They used their own supplies and equipment so I didn’t have to buy or arrange anything.

Eliza was the best! It was so easy to contact and schedule a time. She was efficient and quick and did an amazing job. It was also a reasonable price for the service as well. I would recommend HRD and Eliza to anyone!

Eliza was a new year angel! She's got an infectious personality and made a place feel totally cleaned and sanitized for the first time since we've moved in. She's tremendous and cannot recommend her more!

It was very easy to set up an appointment and Eliza communicated with me constantly. Her and her daughter were very sweet, had my apartment thoroughly cleaned in no time at all and it was a much better price than what I paid for at the larger companies.

⭐️ 🚩 I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with HRD Cleaning Service was truly disappointing from start to finish. I initially reached out to Eliza several weeks ago after receiving a personal recommendation from a friend here in Buffalo Grove. Unfortunately, there was no response for quite some time, and when she finally replied, the first impression could not have been worse.

I was simply asking for an estimate to clean a small residential space. Instead of showing any interest in visiting the home to provide an accurate quote, I was given an outrageously high price that didn’t come close to matching the size or scope of what I needed done. When I questioned it, I was told she doesn’t even service the Buffalo Grove area, despite the fact that others here have used her company.

The real kicker here was that she doesn’t even do “free estimates” where she would come visit the home so she can see the space, give a fair estimate of cost, and of course meet the person before coming into my home. This is standard practice in the house cleaning business. Clearly they do it differently. Yikes! 🚩

It was dismissive and frustrating, especially as a first-time potential client just looking for clarity. I’m a firm believer that good businesses build trust through communication, professionalism, and respect, and sadly, none of that was reflected in this interaction.

I’ve since found another cleaning company that was responsive, kind, and happy to visit before quoting, exactly the type of service experience I had hoped for from HRD. I genuinely hope they take this feedback seriously, because first impressions matter. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HRD CLEANING SERVICES.

I hired Eliza and her daughter for a deep cleaning so I can start the new year fresh. She was great communicating with me beforehand to clarify what the service included and when she would be arriving. The deep cleaning was great and I appreciate their attention to detail!

Very happy with the service I received from Eliza and Stephanie. My home looks and smells great! Both women were very kind and professional. They even put up with my very curious dog who followed them from room to room. I will be calling them again! Thank you ladies!
