Reviews of local pros in Norridge, Illinois

Eliza and her team does a fantastic job with apartment cleaning. The rates are affordable, they go above and beyond what was expected, and they are overall friendly and outgoing people. The scope of work for cleaning was minimal as I am a single guy that does not need much; however, Eliza took it upon herself to provide a deep cleaning and reorganization of the apartment at no extra expense. Customer service is very important to me, and they provided the best customer service experience I could have asked for. I will be recommending this service for all types of cleaning needs. My apartment is SPOTLESS after my service yesterday!

Eliza has been working with us for years now and we are so grateful for her services! Always on time, always with a smile, and always extremely thorough. We cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a thoughtful and hardworking professional to clean their home. She's also just a wonderful person, reaching out on holidays and birthdays and checking in on our family. Thank you Eliza!

Eliza has been cleaning my apartment for about two years now. She does a fantastic job and is very friendly. She will also pick up cleaning supplies and leave them at your apartment for you to use for maintenance between cleanings, which I appreciate. Plus she is very flexible with scheduling.

Eliza is amazing!!!! I started to use her first time after general renovations of my condo..I needed quick help with some basics
Eliza did such a great and detailed job that I fall in love with her services!!! I have two dogs and I work 7 days a week in 3 jobs!! I just dont have time to do cleaning myself as often and well as I want to.. Eliza comes every week, has her own key and alarm code!!! I do trust her!! My place is always spotless and so so clean! I highly recommend this company!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

HRD Cleaning Service, provided the most professional Honest, Reliable, and most Detailed cleaning service for all my rental units, Houses and office.

I’ve been a long time customer of Eliza’s for over 14 years. The quality and attention to detail her company provides is amazing.

I appreciate the value, completely trust her and her team, and would highly recommend HRD cleaning to everyone.

Eliza did a great job cleaning my place. Communication was timely, she arrived exactly when she said she would, and there were no surprises. She even sent me photos of the progress which I appreciated. Pricing was fair and in line with what she quoted during our initial conversation. I definitely recommend giving HRD your business if you are looking for a cleaning service for you home!

Eliza and her team are the best.
She makes the process easy, shows up on time and does great work. No other cleaner we have had even comes close to how good of a job she does.
She frequently takes before and after pictures to show you.
We have been so happy she now does two of our relatives homes.

Such an amazing job on our house. Thank you Eliza and Stephanie. My fiance searched for a nearby cleaning service and they accommodated a last minute request! They did such a great job. We couldn't be happier!

Eliza and her daughter did a fantastic clean of my 2 bed/2 bath apartment downtown :) they were on time, communicative, and a great price for such a deep, thoughtful clean. She was also available on fairly short notice, I will be using them again. I am so grateful and recommend people support this family business <3

Eliza is great! I had HRD Cleaning due the first "deep clean" on my 2bed2bath apartment in Chicago while at work and came back to a beautifully cleaned apartment more clean than we can ever get it ourselves! Communication is fast, services blew our expectations! prices totally reasonable, can't wait to use their services again! Thank you!!!

Eliza is very thorough and hard working, she spent over 4 hours cleaning my downtown condo after move-out, and it looked amazingly clean afterwards. Highly recommend! (And I am very picky when it comes to cleaning).

Eliza and her daughter did a great job! Great communication and flexibility with scheduling the appointment. The place looks great! This was our first cleaning with HRD Cleaning and we are looking forward to the next one

Eliza and her daughter were great! Came on short notice and did a great job cleaning my apartment!! Very sweet women. They were communicative, punctual, and brought all supplies with them. Would recommend them : )

I had been looking for a new cleaning service for my 2br 1ba conco for several months. I reached out to Eliza fom HRD Ckeaning. Eliza and her daughter were able to come within a few days. They are thorough, professional, on time and super friendly. They cleaned non-stop for 2 hours and left everything spotless, including my cabinet doors which, no matter how I tried I could not get clean. I just had them back for a second cleaning and they were just a fantastic. HRD has my business and I will highly recommend!

We are so grateful for HRD Cleaning Service and the care they put into keeping our childcare center clean. Eliza and her daughter work together seamlessly, and they are incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and reliable. They pay close attention to the little details that help create a safe, welcoming space for our children and families. It’s clear they take real pride in their work, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing we can count on them. We highly recommend HRD to anyone looking for a cleaning service they can truly trust.

Eliza and her daughter are absolutely amazing. I have a rather large downtown apartment which is often quite dirty and every time they come they leave it looking like the day I moved in. Not only is the cleaning thorough and efficient, they are also very communicative and flexible, willing to work with your schedule. I cannot thank them enough!

Eliza and Stephani were great. It was easy to arrange a cleaning for my apartment and fairly priced. They did a great job and were quite thorough and attentive to details. Would recommend to anyone.

It’s been great working with HRD Cleaning Service. I have been working with Eliza and her daughter for the past year and they have done an exceptional job handling my apartment cleaning needs. I have been very happy with their work and would recommend HRD to anyone in the Chicago area seeking a timely, professional clean.

Eliza and her daughter did a great job cleaning my two bedroom apartment. Booking the cleaning was easy and Eliza was very responsive to my messages. They were very kind and did an impressive job, definitely recommend!

Eliza and Stephani did a fantastic job cleaning my condo! I came home to a spotless place! They went above and beyond, even cleaning my stove top grates. They have great communication and gave me updates while they were there and even sent photos.

I used HRD for the first time this week because I needed a last minute clean before I had guests arrive for the weekend. They were so easy to book and had availability to fit me in last minute. They did a much better job compared to other task rabbit cleaners I’ve hired in the past and will be using them again for future cleanings!
