I highly recommend Bill’s Heating and Air! Andrew the service technician was knowledgeable and so helpful! I will definitely have them back for my furnace/air conditioner maintenance and any repairs I may need!

Needed a new main pump. First time using Bills Plumbing and Sewer. I was nervous. Called and made an appointment. Kurt came out to service the failed pump. Kurt was on time, easy to communicate with and explained everything he was going to do. Kurt went about his work diligently and my mind was put at ease. Kurt did a wonderful job and my new installed pump is resting in the pit. Thank you Bills, and thank you Kurt for a job well done!

Bill’s Plumbing has been our “go-to” company for all things plumbing. They maintain our outdoor flood control each year in Spring efficiently and affordably. These guys amaze us at their knowledge and skills. Today Kurt O. and Louis came out to free up our bathtub drainage. They did a thorough assessment and drew up a plan. Within a few minutes the water was freely flowing again. They were considerate of our space and seriously very minimal evidence they were even here aka no mess. Once again Bill’s Plumbing &Sewer didn’t disappoint! Big job this time in big heat! Jose Z had a 4 man crew working in this crazy heat wave. They showed early as promised. He took the time to explain some of the more unique aspects of the job and patiently answered my questions. When they were done everything was neat and orderly.

Victor and his assistant Edwardo (I hope I got that right) did a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Victor is an excellent communicator and explained clearly what needed to be done and how they would do it. After clearing the drain he insisted on cleaning the floor and cabinets to make sure that he was leaving the place in top condition. This is the second time we’ve had guys from Bills in our house and again they were efficient, effective and a pleasure to work with!

Victor did a good job. He repaired a water leak in a very old faucet. Fast and Professional. He was on time.

We had Bill's Plumbing put an overhead sewer in our 100+ year old home. They did a fantastic job. They took care of getting the permit from the city. A team of 6-8 guys showed up bright and early, worked for a day and a half digging up our basement and driveway, and repaired everything when they were done. They had good communication throughout the project and were efficient and respectful. We are very pleased with the work they did and will be using them in the future!

Bill's Plumbing installed a Flood Control system at my house. Pete, Dan, and Jose along with the others on the crew were on time and completed the job efficiently and professionally. They had previously done my neighbors house as well. I had priced the job out with multiple contractors and they provided the best price. Very pleased

Kurt, our plumber, replaced a toilet and a faucet in our guest bath. Very professional, polite, and more than cleaned up during and after the work. Just one visit so far, but we'll use them for our service work again.

Great work by Kurt O. We had a copper pipe blow out in the wall between the hose spigot and the shutoff valve in the basement ceiling. He did a great job replacing the section of pipe and changing out the valves so it won't happen again. The repair required opening up a living room wall, but he did so in a very minimal way, so that it can easily be repaired and repainted.

We had a plumbing emergency. Bills had a quick response time and sent someone out within 2 hours of calling. Service was great and the installer also gave me some maintenance advice, thank you to Kurt O. and the rest of the team!

Called and spoke to Kelly about a clogged basement laundry sink after painter had cleaned their painting tools in our Laundry sink. They came recommended by an appliance repairman Tom who had used Ed Dickson Bros Plumbing (he sold their company to Bill's Plumbjng in summer of 2024). I was able to get a next day afternoon service and was quoted a fair $195 for first 45 minutes ($90 visit fee plus 45 Min at $105 which is $35 for each 15 minutes) which very reasonable compared to other quotes I got.

Kurt and Luis arrived promptly on time after getting a text that they were on the way -- I called the office and Kelly confirmed where they were coming from which was nice. They efficiently took care of removing our old metal pipe, then rodded the line which had a tricky bend, and then replaced with PVC and even included an access cover upon my request.

Kurt was an expert and very courteous as well as Luis! They even took off their shoes since it was a little wet outside which was not expected but appreciated. Bill is very fortunate to employ such kind and professional plumbers!!
