I had an emergency and they were very prompt. When I told them I needed them. Thank you so much for your professionalism and fixing the problem. I would highly suggest this company

Came on time, very professional, explained the reasons for a problem and proposed a long-term solution in addition to quick fix. Cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. The price was way more than what I expected but I didn't bother to shop around so that's on me. Will probably use again.

I recently had a garbage disposal job done, and I must say, Kevin did a fantastic job with it! His expertise and professionalism really stood out, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I called them earlier today to discuss a rather complicated situation. The guy I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of really good information. I might use them but even if I don't (for reasons to involved to get into) I want to make sure that others know that they really know their stuff.

Sina Plumbing has the best service you can get. My sump pump broke down one night and I woke up to find my basement flooded in my house in Northbrook. I had no idea what to do so I called my cousin and he recomended this company, Sina Plumbing. I told them what had happened and the technicians were here in a little less than 1 hour. They pumped out the water and changed the pump that very day. I recommend Sina Plumbing to everyone and will definatly call them in the future.

Just terrible. They came to fix a leak and left me with no water at all. Couldn’t even install the pipe fittings correctly and refused to offer a refund despite not fixing the leak! I had to get a different plumber, you should too

Kevin is an excellent plumber who cleaned out our sink trap and flushed out the drain - he works quickly and professionally and is a pleasure to have around. I would HIGHLY recommend working with this company and with Kevin.

Sina plumbing saved us from a small problem spiraling out of control. They are quick, direct, professional and I felt like they worked with us to get us what we needed in a dire situation. I would recommend Sina to all my neighbors and friends. We worked out a plan for the present and the near future in financial terms I can afford. 5 stars and thank you!!

Had a faulty ejector pump discovered this morning. We have also had periodic sewer smells. Kevin from Sina came right on time and assessed that the pump starter switch was inoperative and that the pump was also old and weak. The venting system was not installed correctly from the previous installation.

Kevin was very professional, kind and personable. He did a very professional, quick and thorough job installing and fixing the installation. No more smells and a great running pump.

I would highly recommend Sina Plumbing based on this experience and also give Kevin a great big thank-you for a job well done.

Kevin is great at what he does. I needed to get my waterheater changed. While other plumbers turned me down because the job was too difficult. I was very pleased with his service. I recommend him to all friends and family.

    "Caveat Emptor"
Avoid these scammers at all costs! They showed up to replace a broken water heater under my AHS warranty, but they're nothing but swindlers. They claimed my warranty didn't cover the pipe fixtures and slapped me with a whopping $1200 bill for a BOGUS replacement. I hired another plumbing company and the cost with a new water heater and labor was $1350 with warranty. Steer clear, of this flight by night company,

This company was sent by my home warranty insurance to clear the blockage on our drain. In the beginning before the technician even got here, we were already told we need to do the camera service and have to pay 450 then might have to pay 1500 to replace pipes. My husband told him it can’t be since our pipes are brand new, about 7,000 was spent to replace pipes and install outside access. When the technician arrive, he was convincing me to do the camera since based on his 20 years of experience rodding is not going to work. I told him I cannot afford it so just please try the rodding. He did and said “I never seen anything like this, what i’m doing is not working” and left. First of all, we had this problem more than 3 times in the last 3 years and all the plumbers were able to clear the blockage. I contracted another company the next day and he was able to do the job in 15 min! The new plumber confirmed our pipes are brand new PVC pipes! There was just small roots that are blocking and just needed some rodding! Do not use SINA or SPG plumbing as they go by both names. STAY AWAY!!

This guy is the best plumber you will ever meet.

The first time our family worked with him, we had a pipe that wasn’t moving no matter what we did to try and fix it. He literally just touched the pipe, and immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it.

The second time we worked with him because our basement was flooding. He started work the same day to install a sump pump and finished quickly with good quality installation.

If you need anything done, this is your guy.

Kevin arrived to my house in an emergency I had over 18 burst water pipes. He was responsive, honest, walked me through the process, and wouldn’t move ahead without my okay and deep understanding of the problem.

I plan to keep his contact for future problems and highly recommend him and this group.

I am thrilled with Sina Plumbing and their services. We had replaced our old water heater opting tankless new style. The installation was done in professional and efficient way. I would definitely consider getting services with Sina Plumbing.

I called Kevin and explained the issue I was having. Outstanding communication, and arrived on time to diagnose my problem. He gave me several options to choose from and replaced my water heater the same day. Kevin was superior to every other plumbing contractor I have ever used in living in my house for 25 years

Stay away! Worked with this company through American Home Shield. They also go by SPG plumbing drain service logic plumbing, and Illinois plumbing drain service. Needed a water heater replaced and they told me pipe modifications were estimated $1200. I have an older house and they said they didn't know how big the tank would be. My contract with AHS says I'm responsible for modifications so I paid for pipe modifications, thinking they had to cut or add a lot of pipe, not knowing that the "out of pocket costs" was the difference that AHS doesn't pay them. The plumber came and locked his keys in his truck, which took a while to unlock, and they did an hour's worth of work. He left his trash and they ended up cutting 2 pipes, which is not $1200 worth of modifications. They also wanted to leave me with the tank to dispose of. I asked for a detailed final invoice and they told me the charge of the $1200 was what the insurance doesn't cover of their regular fee of $2200. AHS told me no modifications were needed when I called them for the final invoice and it wasn't until I asked the plumbers for the final invoice that they sent something to AHS saying it was $1200 worth of "pipe modifications". I complained that the modifications they did were not $1200 worth. AHS and Sina/SPG gave me the run around. I understand the job normally costs a certain amount, but if AHS doesn't pay the plumbers what they're worth they need to take that up with the warranty company instead of charging me the extra amount and calling it "pipe modifications" to justify them getting paid. Spoke with Kevin Yazdani and Sina Yazdani (Sam) and neither one wanted to give me a final detailed invoice of what the charges were. They kept saying I was responsible for out of pocket costs that the company didn't cover, which under my contract I only need to cover modifications. It wasn't until I told them I was going to write a review that they offered to send a final invoice of the breakdown and cost of the work they did. Pretty sure the numbers will be over exaggerated to justify $1200 of modifications. Stay away from any company they own and stay away from American Home Shield.

We had a water shut off valve lever crack off on us and start shooting water everywhere. We had to shut off water to the whole house (with a 2 year old) and were quotes 4 hour wait times by their competitors. Kevin came out quickly (under an hour on a Sunday afternoon) and repaired it and was very professional in explaining what happened and how to prevent it. While he was out he looked at a couple other concerns we had, which were quickly repaired. They were reasonably priced and we would definitely use them again.

I recently used Sina Plumbing for a back up in the basement. They scoped the line with a camera after clearing it and found a broken pipe in the front yard. They quoted me $7,500 which I thought was high, so I got 2 other estimates. The other two companies quoted even more than Sina Plumbing… Needless to say, I had this company them come out and repair it. Took them two days and all I can say is that I am quite satisfied.

I do HVAC myself so I recognize an honest company dealing with many contractors throughout the years. They were clear, up front, and to the point. No tricks with them which is exactly how I deal with my own customers.
