Avoid these scammers at all costs! They showed up to replace a broken faucet under my AHS warranty, but they're nothing but swindlers. They claimed my warranty didn't cover the faucet and slapped me with a whopping $230 bill for a replacement. When I contacted the warranty company, they set the record straight - the faucet was indeed covered, and these crooks had no right to charge me. I attempted to reach out to the so-called plumber, but he conveniently ignored my calls. Even the company couldn't get a hold of them. Judging by the plethora of other negative reviews, it seems they're experts at ripping people off. A dismal 1.7-star rating is well-deserved for these charlatans. Steer clear!

My kitchen sink was getting backed up with water, especially when we started the dishwasher. SPG Plumbing came out earlier than initially expected - I so appreciate that. The gentleman that came out was very kind, he introduced himself right away, asked to be shown where the issues were and got right to work. He worked for about an hour and had the problem completely fixed. He then educated me on how to keep the drains cleaned - I so appreciate education, because that can save us big, in the long run. Their prices are fair and the service was awesome & very professional. Thank you guys!! You’re our plumbing hero’s!

Spoke with Sam and hired them through the AHS Warranty for a Garbage Disposal Replacement and Sump Pump Issue. Was given a window 8-12 for the first call and after a no call no show called and spoke with Sam who told me 3pm. I did then get a call from Sam around 3pm explaining due to unforeseen circumstances they could not honor the original appointment. They were out the next day & on time. The plumber realized the sump pump was installed improperly and had too long of a hose which was causing the alarm to malfunction, was an easy 10 min fix and he didn't even charge me for it. The garbage disposal replacement was a bit of miscommunication between AHS, Sina, & us. Our contract was "like for like" replacement but Sam installed the disposal that AHS sent to him. Before installation Sam warned me the low quality of the disposal sent by AHS and said he would upgrade it for $235 for which I declined the offer. In the first 24 hours our sink started to fill up and wasn't draining because the disposal chamber was too small for the drain. We called AHS & complained and had them send the "like for like" disposal to Sina. It added a week to the process but we are experienced in home warranties and were patient. The replacement, Sina was on time, professional and got us our new disposal. Sam even called me personally to apologize for the miscommunication. My advice is know your contract with your warranty company before installation, communicate with the vendor on the model of replacement versus assuming they know your contract and will install like for like. We take as much accountability as the plumber and in the end AHS should be sending the right equipment. I would give Sina more work in the future.

We have had some error codes showing up for the last 2 years. We tried contacting Kevin at Sina Plumbing and no one picks up the phone and no message options exist. So changing rating.

Kevin and his colleague replaced our water heater recently. Changing from a tank to a tankless water heater was complicated work but Kevin and his buddy were professionals and completed job beautifully. They even came next week to pick up old water tank and hauled it up the stairs as promised. We had a lovely experience with them. Definitely recommend.

The service was very quick, and honestly was the best price in the area too! AMAZING! I got to learn a lot about Sina too. Very humble man who really takes the time to care of your plumbing as if it were his own. Fixed all our faucet and toilet issues flawlessly. Had a great experience getting my leak repaired, technician was super polite, explained everything and was quick to say the least! Sam was super punctual as well.

They were sent through choice home warranty. My drained backed up in my basement and I had 6 inches of water. I was told main line needed to be rodded and scoped. They ended up power jetting the line. It’s 3 months later. I ask for video as well as warranty coverage and Sam does not respond. Please stay away from this company. They are running major scams.
