The installers, Connor and David, were fantastic. They worked so well and you didn't even know they were here. Fast and clean install, they were amazing. Their patience with waiting as my son with major issues for change coped with the changes in thermostat. They worked Christmas eve and instead of rushing us to make my son.."just deal with it" they were understanding and informative. Wonderful experience!

Excellent guy and service- I am not paid nor had I met him before nor was I manipulated like I had been with other service people to give a good review . Rare but it happens. Rather Steve had honestly gone the second mile for me. He deserves 6 or 7 stars. His prices and service were outstanding so I definitely will use him again. Nothing weird or shady about this guy. Instead he really loves his job and is very experienced and has a very positive attitude! He wasn’t lazy either and wasn’t begrudgingly doing any of the work. Truly appreciate that. I’ll definitely recommend him. He is very considerate of the homeowner also.

Technician was Walter. Did service on our HVAC, replaced a defective flame sensor. Was on time, did the job quickly and answered all my questions in a concise and easy to understand way. Have had precision today out several times now, and the work has always been good. Highly reccomend.

Precision made it very easy to schedule an appointment and came in a timely manner. Ray was helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going on with our water heater. He provided me with all possible options while talking out what was best for our situation. Overall great experience.

I had a gas leak and needed repair. Dereck, was able to come out immediately and fixed leak on one of my lines and replaced an old valve. Pictures below show before and after.

Very professional and polite. Plumbers did wear shoe covers initially but after leaving and coming back and forth they stopped doing so. Was quoted 100 initially for inspection 400 for a rubber ring replacement which seemed very high as they cost about 5.99 at any hardware store The collar on toilet was broken so then they quoted me 2200 plus upsold me on a new toilet One of the plumbers did take a picture of the receipt of the toilet which I guess they didn’t want me to see because they deleted it before uploading it to me on the invoice. This part made me feel like they were hiding something and just rubbed me the wrong way. The work was done nicely but I do feel like I overpaid and can’t help to feel cheated I emailed the company to receive the receipt of the toilet but it’s been three weeks and still nothing. Overall the cost was 2800 plumbers worked from 830ish and were out before 12 including going to the local store to buy the new toilet

Stumbled upon Precision via Google, and very happy we did. What initially started with needing repair on a leaky tap for our washing machine, turned out to be a bigger issue since our main water shut off valve wasn't completely shutting off the water.
Casie (sp?) was quick to get our information, and her sense of urgency was appreciated. She set up Brian to come to our condo within hours, and we received 2-3 calls from dispatch to inform us of his ETA.
Brian was very professional but honest about the issues we had/would have in the future. We had old gate valves on both our main water shut off and cold/hot water taps, all of which was failing. He was able to quickly replace everything and get us using our brand new washing machine.

I called because my heat went out and Hazim came to troubleshoot it the same day within a few hours. Unfortunately, my furnace required repairs that didn’t make sense because of the age. Hazim was very professional and took photos to show me the issues. He guided me with my decision and was extremely helpful. I can’t say whether or not the price was good as I had to make a decision without price shopping because of an Arctic cold front coming. Hazim was able to Schedule a new furnace install for the next morning, which was fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about Hazim. Armardo and his tech came out on time and worked their butts off to get the new furnace installed. The job they did was very clean and professional. Precision team has been great to work with, High marks all around.
