Nice guy, extremely knowledgeable at his profession. Did the work reasonably fast. Cleaned up everything. Made a bad situation much better.

Our furnace went out on a sub zero day. The company sent a tech within a couple hours that day (Saturday). He was great. He walked us through all our options and even helped us reconfigure our furnace so that it was more safe. They were able to install the new furnace first thing Monday morning, and it is working great.

Marty was excellent! He explained his process and brought to my attention a few things that were helpful to me. Marty has a knowledge of experience.

I only wish scheduling my furnace was as easy. This was scheduled 2 weeks ago and was canceled the day before. Today I was scheduled in the morning and the technician arrived at 1pm while we waited all morning. I texted them and their AI robot said I was the first appt! Last June I had a problem with scheduling again. I feel like I am low priority to them as I am on a maintenance contract.

David Mink was a true professional in the assessment of our issue. Very cordial and outgoing. Really made us feel comfortable. He continued to answer everyone of our questions in depth and educated us on the products/services. I loved that he offered multiple options and never pushed up to choose one. Geremyah, John and Jonah were great! I had some MAJOR plumbing repairs that needed to be addressed urgently. They got started pretty quickly after we figured out what the problem was. They took care of the permits and inspection from the village and kept me updated throughout the whole thing. Ive used this company multiple times for different repairs throughout my house and they always do a great job! They're the first ones I call when something goes wrong. Definitely recommend them!

Old AC which was at least 25 years old went out last Saturday. Called Precision Today for help and a tech came out Sunday. Looked at the unit and told us circuit board and another part were no good. It would take days to get parts and he recommended a new unit. I felt it was time because the old AC was having more and more problems so I agreed to finance a new unit for $16,000 at no interest for 60 months.

Two techs showed up Monday and it was a hot one. The air handler is in the attic crawl space and it is brutal up there in the summer. I apologized to the techs for getting stuck with the job on such a hot day and told them take as long as you need and take as many breaks as you need.

They took around eight hours and said they had to come back in the morning to set up new wiring because my panel didn't have a 220.

They came back Tuesday morning and after a couple hours finished wiring and the unit worked. At 12:30 pm I set the temp to 65 degrees on the wall panel. By 6:30 pm, six whole hours later, the temp in my house went from 80 degrees to 78 degrees.

One of my biggest issues with my old AC was that in the summer even set at the lowest set point it could not cool the house down below 78 degrees on the hottest days. Now with a brand new, enormous AC, my house still isn't getting cooler than 78 degrees. What did I just spend $16,000 on? I'm starting to feel like I got taken advantage of.

Within a few hours of running, water started to drip from the doorframe of the bedroom below the air handler. Going into the attic to investigate, the first things I noticed were one of the ducts was partially disconnected from the unit. Water was dripping from where the drain pan connected to the drain pipe because it was left loose and water was dripping off the back of the unit which extends further than the drain pan.

Also, I asked if they could replace the foam insulation the pipe outside the house because the original was worn out. They only did half for some reason.

When I called customer service they told me they would send someone out same day to fix the issue but then got a call back saying no one could come out till the morning so me and my wife put stuff down to catch the water under the handler so we can keep the AC running becauae it's still pretty hot out and 78 degrees is bettee than 87 degrees which was the temp on our main floor for two days while the AC was out.

Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because I still feel bad the guys got stuck doing an install in a 120 degee attic but for $16,000 I expected better worksmanship and better performance from this AC unit.

He even supplied a heater from his truck because he needed to shut the furnace off to replace the new one to keep me warm. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Answered all my questions. I had Precision install my new sump pump and I’m very pleased with the service. Jeff Theobald was the Plumber and he did a wonderful job. He took his time to properly diagnose the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation was done right. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend Precision and Jeff.

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. I was told a plumber would come out the next day, but no ETA was provided. I stayed home all day waiting, and no one ever showed up.

When I called the following day to ask what happened, there was no apology at all—they acted like this was completely normal.

Eventually, they sent someone out. After I explained the issue, the technician told me he wasn’t even a plumber, saying he was “just going to run a line.” Naturally, I asked why a plumber wasn’t sent in the first place. He then said he could only fix one side of the sink and quoted $512 for about 30 minutes of work, which is extremely overpriced—especially for someone who isn’t even a licensed plumber.

Between the wasted time, lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreasonable pricing, this company caused nothing but frustration.

Save your time, money, and headache. Do not use this company.

I got my furnace serviced by Walter. I used Five Star before they merged with Precision. You always worry about that when it happens. Is service going to get worse? Are they going to bring in a bunch of people who don't know what they're doing? Neither has been true. I'm pleased to say, that outside of a few scheduling snafus, all is well. Walter was professional, friendly and efficient. Glad to see that even with the transition, the service is still excellent.

Andre and Christian replaced our furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional, friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. They took the time to explain how everything works. I highly recommend them. They are hard workers.

Phil Lantz did excellent work installing a new sump pump and installing a new cartridge in my shower. He is very friendly and explained everything well. He encountered some unforeseen problems but worked extra time to resolve them. I am very pleased with the service Phil provided and highly recommend him.

Very nice and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell the biggest most expensive unit. Discussed what we need and want and presented options. Not pushy or anything. Being a military vet myself, I connected with Carl. What started as me just wanting a quote, turned into confidence and I gave the green light for our new water heater to be installed **Tomorrow 😁**

We had our furnace inspected, our technician JJ was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. He did the inspection, recommended a furnace filter replacement (which it did definitely need without a doubt) and took care of that for us. He was in and out in a jiffy, maybe 30ish min max for the whole thing. JJ was thorough and overall a great technician.

We called Precision due to our noticing water under the hot water tank. It was solely due to a defective part. Precision did not hesitate to address our concern immediately. The technician (Phil) kept us updated on his arrival time. After reviewing the tank, he provided the cause, action required to remedy the leak and provided an accurate estimate. After we accepted the work needed to be performed, Phil promptly fixed the condition. Phil exceeded expectations! In my opinion, you can tell the professionalism and quality of a company and personnel on how quickly they respond and provide service. Phil not only exhibited his knowledge and expertise, but communicated each step in a manner we were able to understand. Another great job by Precision!!

I am so happy with this company. I will recommend them from now on. Erik, the technician that came out was excellent. He explained everything and fixed the problem with the main drain. The machine he used cleaned out the drain line to the walls. He will show you with the camera, pretty cool stuff! Price was super fair for all the work he did. Thank you Erik!

Bryan was the friendliest guy and was super honest and transparent about what I needed to get done without getting forced in to breaking the bank! He arrived quickly and worked diligently, he is very informed on products available as well!

Beth in charge of coordinating appointments was also super lovely and willing to work around my very busy schedule.

I've had them come out for more furnace and AC as well as plumbing. Every time the technician has been awesome. They are friendly very skilled and do great work. Today Ali did my furnace checkup and he too was awesome. They are great to talk to and give good straight forward advice. That is why I keep using them.

Although it’s never fun to have to spend unexpected money, Carl made the experience less painful. He gave me a 40 minute notice prior to arrival. He was respectful of my home and very informative. Carl is knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will definitely contact him in the future if the need arises.
