It's clear King Heating doesn't prioritize their customers. I miss the service I used to receive from them, especially when it comes to getting my preferred technician.

The plumber showed up on time, assessed the issue, and got straight to fixing it. He came across as very capable and courteous, making for a pleasant conversation. We'd definitely hire him again without hesitation.

I'm not satisfied with King's service. Over the past two weeks, they've made two separate visits, but unfortunately, they still can't fix my leaking boiler. The technicians seemed confident in their abilities, but it appears they're more focused on doing random maintenance tasks to justify their work rather than identifying and addressing the root cause of the issue. As a result, after spending over $1,000, they suggested I need a new boiler altogether. It's surprising they didn't mention this earlier, instead choosing to waste my time and take my money without providing any real resolution.
