It's only after a seven-day waiting period that you'll get your money back, but they don't bother sending you any confirmation of cancellation or refund policy until two days have passed.

The customer service team is completely unhelpful and only responds through automated messages. There's no opportunity to speak with a manager, making it impossible to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone who values having a scheduled service time and being treated fairly.
