My company rented something to Crunch Construction, which they never returned. All attempts to contact them have gone straight to voicemail, and the calls have not be returned for months. If this is what they do to a vendor, what do they do to their customers?

It was fantastic! Baxtie and her son were my inspectors. Given my location is on the top floor, they even brought a drone to review the roof. They were very communicative with everything they were doing and explained everything that they found and their advice. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend!!! I would definitely be highly recommending them to friend and family. They were very thorough with their inspection. Even using a drone to look at places they could not reach. I love that after the inspection they did a walkthrough the whole house with me to go over their findings. Answered all my questions on the spot, and I got my inspection email exactly in the timeframe they quoted!! excellent customer service. If needing a home inspection, give them a call!!!

I am buying my first home and have been very nervous. Tim Fuchsen was very thorough with my inspection and helped ease my mind in regards to the buying experience. He showed me what was needed as he walked into every room and showed me how to maintain certain aspects of my place in order to preserve their integrity. The whole process was very easy. As they are checking things they are explaining to you everything. If you have any questions they answer with as much information as possible. I have used their service in two occasions and have always been satisfied with their services.

I’m a first time buyer and this is my first inspection ever! When I showed up for the inspection they made me feel comfortable and calm which helped a lot because I’m new to all this! They had great customer service by showing me and telling me things I needed to be worried about without freaking me out. They emailed me the final report which I have to say love the layout of the report! Easy to understand with pictures and descriptions! They also spoke Spanish which was a plus even though I speak English I loved the fact that they speak Spanish!! Overall I would rate them 5 stars and definitely if I need another inspection I’ll be calling them back! Money well spent!!! The report was easy to understand with pictures and descriptions of important things every homebuyer needs to know to move on to the next step of buying a home!

Our inspector was very helpful. He actually arrived earlier than us and our agent. He was also very patient, with us and our child and took the time to explain to us 1by1 as we tended to our baby. The evaluation was easy to understand and he took many photos for us which we appreciated. Great all around.

Julio was amazing as an inspector. He was thorough, explained his findings and what he was doing. In fact when we arrived he was already at work taking pictures with his drone of the roof while we waited to enter the property. Once inside, he discovered alot of incorrect things and things that were not present and should have been in the property. My family and I felt comfortable and cared for during his inspection. Great and thorough inspection provided for our future home!
Eric was great!! Answered all of the questions my husband and I could possibly think of- he checked every accessible place in the home- he found a leak- as well as a sewer back up issue. Also found basement moisture, unprofessional attempts to waterproof inside of home. Found missing/ flipped shingles on the roof. Along with other minor things!

I booked last minute wanting something for the next day- they had availability while many other company’s i checked did not have availability for days/weeks to come.

Our report was ready the same day -96 pages long!!! Very happy with the outcome of our report. I had a tiny issue with a video I could not see-- could have been my browser . I requested help- and Received a call right away and videos sent directly to me! Talk about great customer service!! We will be recommending him/the company to any of our friends and family members who are looking for an inspector!

Inspector was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt! He showed up early and started on the outside, when we arrived we didn't have to be out in the cold long since he had already taken videos and pictures of the outside and reviewed everything in detail of his findings. Very courteous and made sure all my questions were answered. Lots of pictures with explanations. Report was sent to me the same day which was a Sunday. Best inspection experience I've had. Super thorough.
