As a first-time homebuyer, I had a wonderful experience and learned so much. They really took their time to not only do the inspection, but walked us through each part of it, thoroughly explaining their observations and providing recommendations.

I had such a great experience working with City Home Inspections. They were punctual arriving to the inspection and were very friendly and easy to ask questions. They were knowledgeable and were able to share information with on during the inspection and did not have to wait till the report arrived. The report was detailed and easy to understand, they also provided me with information on appliances that did not need to be included in the report. I received my report the same day as well. I would highly recommend working with City Home Inspectors if you are looking for a great business to work with.

Baxtie and her team were extremely thorough, professional and explained what they found on site in a clear and concise way. We loved receiving a detailed digital report, which had a fantastic break-down of their findings (with photos and video!), which will help us rectify any property concerns by level of urgency. I had an inspection for one of my clients, first time using city home inspectors. I had an amazing experience. They were super efficient, organized and thorough. I worked with Baxie and Michael, they worked together to get the inspection done at an excellent pace. They were detailed and at the end of the inspection we went through all the property’s information such as any issues, violations, all the highlights of the property and they also took a picture of all the appliances along with their serial numbers for future recalls. They provide you with an amazing package at the end of the inspection along with a presentation for your own records. I was very happy with the service. I also had the pleasure to work with Edwin, he is SUPER HELPFUL and I mean that! He will go above and beyond to answer any of your questions! Really enjoyed working with him! Also if you have any issues with any of their workers just reach out to them and they will definitely pay attention. Great company! If you have not used them I highly recommend!!!!
