First public review I've ever submitted... Rick is an absolute joy to work with! Hire him with all the confidence in the world.

I've never worked with Rick but every time I call him he is very professional and honest. These days its almost impossible for a business to answer the phone and speak with a professional. Thanks Rick and look forward to working with you in the future.

Excellent experience with Rick. He has a wealth of knowledge and walks you through everything. I learned so much. Resourceful and quick to receive report. Thank you!

This has been the second time I’ve had Premium Inspections inspection houses for me. Had it not been for their finalized inspections making a decision to what would be a home would be rather difficult. Mr. Rick Sabantino has been my preferred inspector and I would highly recommend him when deciding on an inspection for your soon to be home .

Rick was very thorough. Answering all of our questions. Explaining his findings and reassuring us during the process. It here was a sense of calm and trust with him that you can’t measure. Thank you.

Rick was very responsive right away. He was professional and really cared about what was best for our future home. I would definitely recommend.

Rick is very thorough in his inspection and answered all the questions I’ve had. Detailed report was ready in two days. Would definitely use Rick again.

Rick did a very thorough home inspection for us, and saved us from buying what would have been a huge money pit! His report included so many details and pictures, I was impressed. We will be using Sabatino Consulting again when we find another house to hopefully actually buy!

I would use Rick again without question. I am moving forward with my home purchase with peace of mind knowing that Rick found the major issues that needed addressing. Rick was an excellent communicator, friendly, informative, super-professional, detailed, knowledgeable.

Rick was extremely thorough with the inspection and the report I received was very detailed. We had additional services performed and we believe that we got a lot of value from it. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection.

The swift responsiveness of Rick was very appreciated. The thoroughness & education provided by the inspector Dave was very helpful, beneficial and very very thorough. He took his time, did not rush the process despite the rain & answered our questions.

Rick was amazing! He arrived early, was friendly, and provided a thorough and informative inspection. He answered my questions and displayed a wealth of knowledge regarding home construction. Communication leading up to my inspection was timely and effortless. I would definitely recommend!

I have been referring Rick Sabatino to my homebuyers for many years, and feel he is the BEST inspector out there! He is extremely knowledgeable, insightful, and helpful, and a wonderful personality! He is great with homebuyers, and takes the time to explain his findings in full, and answer all questions. His reports are extensive, with lots of photos and a great Summary Section, to make it easy for Buyers to understand. And, Premium Home Inspections offers Buyers "extras" that other companies don't, like a Free 3-Month Home Warranty, and a Concierge Service. Can't say enough good things about Rick and his company!
