Our experience with Cathy and Fenn Landscaping this summer was outstanding!! Everything she promised was completed and on time. It was quite a big job as we needed to replace many bushes, sod, rock and install a new sump pump line. Cathy offered great ideas and the landscapers were very professional and did a fabulous job. The quality of the bushes and sod was exceptional. It all looks terrific and we are very pleased. We highly recommend this company.

We selected Tri-State Outdoor Living to completely transform our back yard. Cody, was extremely instrumental in seeing that our vision was made a reality. He provided valuable feedback and support throughout the design and construction of the project and kept the project on track. He made sure that materials were ready so that the crews could keep a steady pace of progress. There were no major headaches throughout the construction as a result of Cody’s planning and his team’s implementation. Our installation crew, Jose, Danny, Oscar,and Joe were truly craftsmen and extremely talented and professional individuals. Jose is a master at hardscape and plantings and works extremely efficiently, and makes sure that every detail is as it should be. He was also very good at communicating progress and seeking input when needed and a very nice person. His team kept the job site very clean and organized which was appreciated. Overall, the project came in within budget, the process went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor kitchen, fireplace and of course our custom pergola.

Cody and his team were great. They finished everything exactly when they promised. Cody’s attention to detail is amazing he left no stone unturned to make sure I got the best look for my home.

Cody and his team did a great job. My yard was destroyed by an inground pool installation and he brought it back to life. You cannot even tell where the damage was done. His team was professional and courteous. Work was done in the exact quoted timeframe and I couldn't be happier. The foreman Jose did an amazing job on our steps and patio. He took extra care to communicate with us during the process to ensure it was done to what we wanted. He also did a great job cleaning up by taking away extra material and even rinsing off the dirt on the fence and driveway. He delivered more than we expected. If you use Tri-State Outdoor living you definitely want Jose on your project! True professional!

I had a basketball court installed and the Tri State Team were phenomenal from beginning to end. Cody started things off by being responsive, communicated every step of the way and most importantly listened to what we envisioned…then they made suggestions to enhance it.
The install guys, Jose an team, went above and beyond--- he made some suggestions along the way that made sense so we implemented each and every one.

We hired Tri -State to re-do our backyard with two paver-patio areas and planting beds along fence lines. The project included removing concrete, tree roots, and areas of grass. From our first interaction with Cody to design and price our project, to Lisa in the office, through the very last person to clean the worksite, we were constantly impressed by the skill, professionalism, helpfulness, and talent of Integrity's team.

Cody worked with us to take our design and match it with the perfect materials. He listened to us every step of the way and responded to all of our "what if we changed this?" questions with patience and accurate estimates that guided us. Their transparent, itemized estimating kept the project on the budget that they quoted. The crew were amazing, working thoughtfully and tirelessly each day. The beautiful curves of the patio highlight the craftsmanship of their team. Alex’s leadership and consistent commitment to quality made this project a success.

We waited to post a review to see how things would look after a few months. The yard was beautiful through the summer, and we have not had any issues at all. Our highest recommendations to Tri State!

We bought our new house and knew we were going to need a new driveway. I called 5 companies in which all but Tri State had a backlog of greater than a month. Cody provided us a quote that was lower than the competition and was able to do it in 3 days. We currently use their snow removal services for our commercial building and they also provide great service. High recommend them to anyone!

We had a vision of what we wanted our backyard to look like. Cody came out and listened to our plan and provided us professional feedback. He did not push us to make a decision. Actually, the complete opposite. Cody wanted to make sure we were happy with every step.

After the floor plan and materials were selected they provided us a start date. They stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire project. It is a relief as a homeowner not to have to guess or worry what's next. We already knew their game plan before they started.

During the 1st stages of the project my wife and I decided to ask Cody to help us with another project (flooding of the backyard). Cody was happy to provide us multiple options to fix our problem. We decided to go with 3 catch basins and 4" pipe. Normally we would have a foot of water in certain areas of the yard. Since the drainage has been added we have not had flooding!

I would have to say if you're looking for a company that treats you with respect, very professional, stays in constant communication, and loves what they do I would highly recommend Tri State Outdoor Living.

We had a wonderful experience with Tri-State. They built a patio off the back of our house. It was such an easy experience for us. The team of Cody and Jose made steady, precise choices and are true master craftsmen. They were detail oriented, they had great respect for their own tools and they always left the worksite better than when they found it. They were respectful and patient and great at problem solving. It’s true that these services aren’t cheap. But we definitely got what we paid for and more, in so many ways. We just could not be happier.

Excellent company with skilled craftsmen perform various scopes of work. I have used them for hardscaping (patio restoration , concrete pad/fill-ins and decorative stone enhancements), landscaping (mulching, grading and brush removal) and water drainage system improvements. Solid results on all fronts! More projects in the works thanks to this multi-year relationship.

What a great experience! After installing a in ground pool, another landscaping came in and half fast our backyard project. With the help of Cody, Tri State came in, fixed the landscaping issues, and met all our expectations. Jose was there everyday to answer all our questions, and address our concerns. Highly recommended company!
