We had a great experience with Max from Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain every step of what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, which really put us at ease. Not only did he fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but he also helped us understand why we were having an issue with our ac unit. We truly appreciated his thoroughness and care. We highly recommend Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling for any HVAC/cooling needs.

Our service technician, Kaiden, did an excellent job. Once everything was completed he explained what was done and went over every to our stay. He was very professional and thorough.

Josh and Luis were so amazing with installing my new units. They were faster than expected, super respectful to make sure my cats didn't get out and incredibly informative. I'm so happy I called Air Dynamics.

Dan was definitely the best salesperson to ever sell or educate us on any repair for the house. He was thorough, provided several options and made sure we were satisfied! We will want Dan back in the future, when we need to replace our backup air conditioner for the upstairs and for any future repair. By the way Paul & Cassie, it took us a while to transition from Perfect Home Services to Air Dynamics, everybody makes mistakes, this one is certainly on me. Keep up the great work, I was blown away that your company would provide us a portable air conditioner until the new unit is installed next Thursday, never in my life have I seen such “above and beyond” act of kindness like this, thank you again!!!

Both Dakota and Max were great. Dakota cleaned the air ducts. He even found my wife’s anniversary ring that she lost down one of our vents several years ago! Very thankful to him. Max was there to do a tune up of our AC as it did not seem to me work as well as it should. He was able to pinpoint the issue and gave us several different options to address the issue. Not a “hard sell” situation. He listened to what our needs were. Will be happy to have them back in a couple months for the furnace tune up. Great experience.

Kaiden was very informative and honest when it came to our furnace and air duct maintenance. We have been very pleased overall with Air Dynamics so far. When Luis came to clean our air ducts he took on our whole project by himself and did a great job.

I spoke with Max. The work won’t start for another week, but Max was very professional and knowledgeable. He wasn’t trying to be a salesman. Just a conversation about my current HVAC system and my options based on recommendations. Great experience and Max was awesome to work with.

Air Dynamics is outstanding! Josh V., Luis, and Dakota removed our old (ancient) furnace and AC equipment; then installed new equipment. It was a huge job and a very long day but they worked tirelessly and committed to excellence for the duration. These young men are skilled professionals who take pride in their work, respect each other as well as their clients and are service minded. Couldn’t ask for a better crew! Air Dynamics is a great company to work with.

We had our vents cleaned prior to winter. It was easy to schedule with Air Dynamics and the work itself went smoothly. The two technicians were engaging and polite. Both technicians were also careful not to track dirt and leaves into the house during the process.

Friendly and responsive customer service. Dakota and Max were the technician that took care of the tune ups and air duct cleaning. Dakota did an amazing job cleaning the air ducts that were filthy and Max did and excellent job with the maintenance for both furnace and AC. The equipment that they were using as well was great quality. Very satisfied with all the work that was done!

The crew that came today (Dakota, Luis and Josh) did a great job installing our new furnace and cleaning our ducts and vents. They were clean, kind and courteous as well. Max had previously (about two weeks ago) come to sell us the replacement to our 20+ year old furnace that we had been spot fixing each of the last 5 years. He was knowledge and informative and gave us a great deal with any high pressure tactics.

Max & Dakota were phenomenal! Very personable and efficient! Had our unit maintenance and ducts cleaned and I already feel like I’m breathing easier having allergies and asthma. Also, sign up for their maintenance program that gives lots of benefits like discounted after hours services, special maintenance reminders, two HVAC tube up and safety inspections per year, etc. Definitely should check them out.
