Spent several Thousand dollars on a new HVAC system and tankless water heater ever since it was installed I no longer have access to hot water and this company could not care less. Definitely do not recommend.

I had a HVAC system and tankless water heater installed about a year ago and I have had nothing but problems with my hot water ever since. As soon as the tankless water heater was installed I was unable to get hot water, and after several calls it was never addressed. I would think that not having hot water in the shower or sink would at least warrant a check up. After several thousand dollars I’m not happy with the lack of customer service. My calls were ignored by the company and text messages were ignored by the owner. I also never received any of the maintenance that was supposed to be included with my new system. They left me high and dry after they received their payment for the installed system. I’m really disappointed and definitely do not recommend them.

Chris and the entire crew at Chase Mechanical Services did a great job at a great price! Called them in for a second opinion on an unusual sound coming from one of our furnaces (we have two system zoned HVAC). After 21 years it was time to replace both of the original furnaces before we had serious issues. We got quotes from several companies recommended by friends and the quote from Chase was considerably lower for good quality furnaces (Armstrong Air) so we went with them given the recommendation and great price. Chase was very responsive, we scheduled the work within a week and Chris from Chase was great calling me back promptly to answer my questions about the recommended furnaces and making a change the day before the installation. They showed up on the scheduled day on time and completed the installation within the estimated time. They left the area as clean as it was when they started and took away the old furnaces for us. They explained the new Ecobee thermostats and how to operate them and also gave me some tips on how to help with a few cold/hot spots that we have in our home. All in all a great experience from start to finish with Chase Mechanical Services!

The girl taking my information was pleasant and friendly. I received a calling promptly from the service man. He was able to come out the same day. Pleasant, polite. Had my unit diagnosed and up and running in no time. No mess left behind. Follow up call the next day. Will use again and recommend

Chris was out the same day that I called about our AC unit not working. He was kind, efficient, and professional. He explained why it wasn’t working and how he fixed it. Very thankful to him and they will continue to be our go to!

My A/C died right before July 4th. Surprisingly they answered the phone and came out and gave a proposal for a new A/C. Imagine my surprise when I called on the 4th of July and someone answered the call, and it wasn’t a recording! Great service, great techs that came out, great finance options. Definitely am spreading the word about your great service.

We did some research, got some quotes, and then decided that Chase HVAC was the direction to go. We replaced our hot water heating system (w/o any AC) with a new 2 stage high efficiency furnace and central AC system. What a difference. Chris and his crew know their craft. He and at least 2 of the other men have decades of experience (each) behind them. I watched and was impressed. Everything works perfectly and we plan on purchasing the monthly service agreement going forward. That pile of pipe is what used to supply the hot water to our radiators. I did that myself. Anyway, a big thanks to Chris, Nikki, and the team for a great experience.

When I had my furnace and ac checked by a business that I had used for the past 5 years I was told needed a new furnace (cracked) and ac was going. So set up an appointment for them to send their customer service person to give me a cost to replace both. Since they had been really good these last 5 yrs I was thinking price should be close to what I was looking at for install of similar units. Boy was I shocked at the cost and told the guy I have to look. He was like feel free but we offer the best warranty and service around.

Well I took that with a grain of salt and reached out to 2 more vendors.

When I call Chase Heating and Cooling they came out that day and the owner Chris came out. I told him upfront what I was dealing with and that I was shopping because of the cost I was given earlier. He proceed to educate me on the industry and what is taking place. He and his company are old school when comes to customer service and cost. He then looked at what I had and then gave me a price that floored me and I went with his company and have all the same warranties that the other companies offered. Unlike the other companies Chris was not looking to make all his profit on me.

The install took place the following week and was done in under 4 hrs. The team was super nice and showed me everything worked fine and how to use my brand new thermostat of which the other companies never mentioned.

The next day after the install Chris, the owner, called me to see how everything went.

That is old fashion customer service that is quickly dying.

I cannot say enough good thing about Chris and his company. They are first rate through and through and I should know because I work in an industry where service is everything.

So if you ever have heating or cooling needs please call Chase Heating and Cooling. They will take excellent care of you.

They came out quickly when our AC was down on a very hot day. Quick & easy repair. Very personable, reliable & honest. Will be setting up annual Preventative Maintenance on my AC & Furnace with them. Can't beat good pricing & honest workmanship!!

Air Dynamics is awesome! Their team was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all the available options, helping me make an informed decision. Even when a supply shortage caused a brief delay, they communicated promptly and rescheduled without any hassle. My furnace stopped working unexpectedly during a particularly cold week and max came out after hours and replaced some parts and got it running again. Very appreciative of his friendly service.

Kaiden did an amazing job with my ac and furnace tune up. He explained everything in detail showed me some small issues I was having and he corrected them. Totally scam. They did inspect the hvac and told me need to replace the whole hvac. They tried to rip me off saying it will cost me more than $10k to get it fixed. Called another service and they did fix for $500. Never work with them.

Addition on what they answered to my review saying I wasnt customer, we did make appointment under my wifes name Sitora Inspection was done on January 16 2026. Street number starts with 604 in Oswego. Check your system.

Called for an appointment on Xmas day and furnace was fixed within 24 hours. Max was great and explained everything and gave us options. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a seamless and professional experience with Air Dynamics recently. Our air conditioning was on the fritz, and we were immediately fit in for an appointment. We were provided with several options to repair the issue, but we opted to get a quote to replace the system in its entirety. Paul was not only informative and professional but very patient with all of our questions because it is a big purchase. I was grateful that the experience was pain-free and didn't include any pushy sales tactics. If I ever have to do this again I wouldn't think to go anywhere except Air Dynamics. Also, Josh and Luis did a great job at installing everything and taking the time to walk us through what they did. I've read reviews about how professional and clean this company is but in person they are more than exceptional and deserve any raving review. Not an expense I wanted but a fantastic experience overall. From the first phone call to the installation can't say enough how great my experience was. Thank you to a wonderful team!
