Jack was outstanding. He came out on a Sunday to replace my hot water heater. There was no weekend service charge or anything of the sort. Very fair pricing. He was here when he said he would be and we had hot water in no time. I would recommend him to anyone in need.

It was during the hottest days of the year and our A/C compressor just stopped working. We desperately contacted Cobra Heating And Air Company for help. The answered our call and were able to send a tech to our home early the next morning. David, the tech arrived on time, and fixed the situation within few minutes and the cost was affordable. We called Cobra Heating And Air Company to do a maintenance check on our AC. Jack was the tech. He arrived early and did a very thorough and professional job. He also explained the name change and the benefits of having a maintenance contract. We are very pleased with his services and would definitely recommend them!!

I was drawn to this company because they offer maintenance agreements. First, I signed up online to schedule an appt to have my AC unit serviced. I provided all my info and waited for someone to call me. No attempt to schedule an appt was made as I recieved no call. Next, I called and made an appt. The appt was for 9am. At about 10:30 am, I got tired of waiting and called to see where the tech was. I was told the tech was working on rooftop units at Rush Copley and was behind schedule. I was told someone would call me back with an ETA. No one called me. Its a shame. I really wanted to like this company.
