Mike was responsive and professional. He clearly demonstrated expertise in the type of older home we purchased, took the time to explain things to us, including general maintenance, etc, and documented with photos. Mike discovered in issue with chimney in the home we purchased, and recommended a course of action. I would recommend him to any potential home-buyer, but as a first time buyer, Mike was great to work with.

I had several inspections done by One Key Home Inspections. Mike is a very experienced home inspector who goes through everything in the house very thoroughly. He always arrives early and inspects/tests all of the house’s features and systems for functionality and reliability. Mike has always provided me with insight on things such as the life expectancy of water heaters, furnaces, and also appliances. He can also make very good recommendations on how to improve your future home and make it more energy efficient. The inspection reports are timely, very detailed and have plenty of photos to support the findings from the inspection. Will confidently call Mike again when buying another house.

Inspector is a fraud. Didn't even catch that the sump pump discharge emptied directly onto the side of the house. Didn't catch the water hammer. Or probably did observe the issues and just didnt say anything. Now I'm stuck with problems that should've been addressed before buying the house.

The lack of communication and delays caused by this team were horrendous. I was told a job would be finished in 2 weeks that took over 8 part of which was due to miscommunications, non response to my emails/concerns and various things done incorrectly. The work was fine in the end but I was essentially my own project manager which is not the service level I was sold upon signing the contract- choose a more responsive contractor if you can!

Progress Builders was strongly recommended by my architect. From A to Z Peter and his team provided outstanding service and high quality work. 5 star place with no doubt. I will use him again in my next project!

Owner Chris Munchka is not only a cheap slumlord who will leave you with repairs that need to be done, but is also verbally abusive. He sent another tenant very nasty, childish emails calling her vulgar names, talking about her children, and threatening her, all because she just wanted a leak fixed that he refused to do, even though he is required to by law. This man is incredibly unhinged, and you'll regret it deeply if you rent from him. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable management company, or at least a private landlord who doesn't have a reputation for abusing and screwing over tenants.

I have been in construction-related industries for most of the past 45 years, and I consider Progress Builders the best contractor I have dealt with, by far! They handled every issue that popped up with our very complex kitchen remodel promptly and professionally. They were exceptionally fair with understanding and applying the scope that was included in the lump sum, whether explictly specified anywhere or not, and were also exceptionally fair - and reasonable - with the scope that were clearly contract extras.
