Constraction reviews in Park Ridge, Illinois

I have had the good fortune to work with Progress Builders for almost 10 years. Their team has gutted and beautifully remodeled my kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room and both my back and front porches. They've also painted almost every room in my house. My home is more than 100 years old, so you can imagine the nightmares they have encountered in their work. When this has happened, they have kept me fully informed as to what they needed to do to complete the job and how much it would cost. I also like that they have had the same team working together for the entire time I've contracted them. That says something about consistency and their dedication to their craft. When you hire Progress Builders, you can have complete confidence in their work and their ability to get the job completed ON TIME and ON BUDGET. You will not be disappointed.

We are very happy with how our basement kitchenette turned out. I would highly recommend Pawel and his team

Progress Builders Inc. is a seasoned, very professional, and what is very important to me, trustworthy company. They did remodeling to my house. I enjoyed working with Peter and members of Progress Builders Inc. crew. Peter was always professional, very patient and courteous. Being Project Architect myself, I know more about the construction than an average person knows and honestly, I’m not always the easiest client. They stood up to the task. The price, timing and quality of work were exactly what they have promised the first time we interviewed them. I will definitely use this Company again and would recommend them to my friends and our clients without reservation.‎

The crew at Progress Builders excelled in all phases of our kitchen re model. From the start we were impressed with the attention to detail and the commitment to producing a quality finished product. All aspects of the project, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, tiling, and lighting were all handled in a professional manner. As much as was possible the work area was cleaned up every night with an emphasis on preventing dust and debris from spreading outside of the kitchen. We would have no hesitation recommending Progress Builders.
