I am happy to recommend Jonathon and Triton Plumbing. They responded quickly to our service request. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, nice and he even cleaned up after he was finished repairing a leak in our kitchen. My wife and I are grateful for their professional service. We recommended them with high regard.

Called after hours one evening and they said they would show up the next day at 9am - 10 am. It was 1-hr job, but I had to shut water off to the entire house. The person I spoke to was very sympathetic to my issue and assured me that someone would be there around 11 am. Its after lunch and no one has shown up, they were surprised and gave me a reason for the delay. It is 2 pm and they still hadn't show up. When I threatened to call another company, the plumber is suddenly only 15 minutes away. Then I tell them to ask their plumber to turn around, suddenly they up the ante and offer a inconvenience fee discount. Read the reviews on Yelp as well. This is not a 4 or 5-star company IMO.

Jonathan arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet! Great service and very professional! It is nice to finally find a company that cares about customers and exceeds service expectations! I highly recommend Jonathan at Tritan Plumbing and will be using their service exclusively. Don't even waste your time scheduling with another company who could not care less about your business. This company is a winner!

Amazing company! They helped me when I really needed someone to come out the very same day to fix a leak. Sarah was so understanding and sent Mickey who came late at night to do the repair work. He explained everything well and even went back to his store to get a part to replace and repaired the leak. They are phenomenal.

Wish I could give them zero star. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I had a second bedroom bathroom leak and they gave me an estimate that was double than one other plumbing company that I had called. However, as I was new to the area and they came with recommendation from a friend's friend, I decided to try them out. Paid them an advance of 50% ($1600) and the technician, Mickey said that he will start the work right away. However, when he finally showed up and just broke one tile in the bathroom, he said that additional work is required and they sent me another company which quoted me another thousands of dollar before Tritan could even start the work. Spoke to Sarah multiple times and every time I was told that I have to get this done (which wasnt told to me while signing the contract and I was assured that there won't be additional work and the cost will not increase). I filed a BBB complaint and they didnt even bother to respond to BBB. please DON'T do business with them and NEVER EVER GIVE ANY ADVANCE. Once they have the advance, they will change the work and the cost.

Tritan Plumbing was great, I had an emergency and they came out fast and worked with me to resolve the issue. Paul was a great technician he did a good job and was very informative. The Lady that scheduled the technician did a great job hearing my issue and getting someone out. Definitely recommend their services.

They were great all around. Got me scheduled for a next day service after making a appointment. Johnathan was very professional, and not only replaced my water heater, but my shut off valve due to it being not to code anymore in IL.
I highly recommend Tritan for any plumbing needs, and they also warranty all of their work, so you will continue to have peace of mind moving forward after service.

I used Tritan for the first time recently and was really impressed. Making the appointment was easy via their site chat and Renae was very responsive and communicative which I value.

Jonathan and Chris did the work on our drainage pipe. They were courteous, engaging, and seemed to enjoy their work. I like a team that can look you in the eye and explain what is going on. Great job and I would work with them again!

Jonathon was knowledgeable, friendly and made our plumbing experience a good one. He performed several different installations in our new home and they were done professionally and in a timely fashion. He was a pleasure to have around the house too! He took time explaining what he was going to be doing and how long it would take. I would definitely recommend Tritan Plumbing for ANY plumbing around your home (or business)!

Great experience today with Tritan Plumbing!!! We had an ongoing problem caused by another company and Tritan immediately came in and recognized the problem, was very thorough with their explanation and corrected the situation. They even waited to make sure our issue was resolved and explained if it happened again they had a set plan on the next step but were considerate to not charge us today for services we may not need. They were extremely curious, friendly and professional. I wish I had called Tritan the first time, as I wouldn’t have been dealing with this same problem for over a month. Thanks so much!

Scam/con artist! They took my money $1,750 (50% down) and did not deliver my water tank. Complete FRAUD. Do not use them.

I spoke with the Officer. Now it’s time for you to do the right thing and return my money. Stealing is not nice and against the law!

Update: 6/22/2024 Mickey took my down payment on Wednesday 6/19/2024. Promised delivery Wednesday evening, then Thursday 6/20/2024 morning, then mid day, then evening. Never showed. I called the police Friday. Was told I would receive water tank. Today is Saturday. I never received the water tank. I just want my refund. I’m pursuing legal action. They stole my money.

Tritan Plumbing was the best! They arrived on time, looked at the work I needed, technician was very courteous explained what needed to be replaced/ fixed, and price was cheaper than anticipated. When you call for an appointment they are all pleasant and professional. There was no mess left behind. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

The team at Tritan was outstanding. Exceptional customer service from the minute I called until the job was completed. We had them do both internal and external work (replace hot water tank, replace exterior hose spouts and extensive exterior drainage system).

Antonio and Jonathan were outstanding - very professional, personable and knowledgeable and at one point we had the owner and other team members helping out to get the job done.

I’ve owned my home for more than 18 years, I wish I knew about Triton plumbing and the quality staff that work there. Specifically, I’m referring to Renae and Jonathan. From the outset Renae was quick to make me feel welcomed and displayed genuine concern for my issue. Little did I know, she would check on me throughout the day to make sure I was pleased. That’s stellar customer service!!!She took my information and immediately set up an appointment with Jonathan—who I now refer to as “superstar-extraordinaire-fixer-of-all-things-water related!!!!” Seriously, I had been fretting about my kitchen and basement sink for months I didn’t think anyone could fix it without tearing out my walls or charging me thousands of dollars. Along came Jonathan, he assessed my situation and said “oh yeah, I can fix that!!!” Lost for words I just did a quick happy dance! In less than 2 hours he completely fixed my problems and charged me a fair price that included a 10% membership discount that further reduced the price—what a deal!! I’ve never been so impressed by such excellence and professionalism!!! Excited to get more stuff fixed at a reasonable price—I hired him to return the very next day to fix another water issue! He arrived on time, went straight to work and fixed my problem in less than an hour! Jonathan went above and beyond what most people would have done! I will ALWAYS work with Triton plumbing. ALWAYS!

I am extremely disappointed in Tritan Plumbing. They were scheduled to install a well tank and a water heater and they failed to perform the services after receiving 50% deposit which equated to 1750.00. They constantly stated for two weeks that they were on they're way and never showed up. On two occasions when the showed up it was approximately 8P at night with no equipment to complete the job. I was forced to use another contractor to install my well tank and my hot water heater. I've constantly called them but now they won't answer their phone. I would say stay away from Tritan Plumbing they're scam artist and the next time I see them will be in court. I'm not letting this go. BTW Tritan if you're reading this please remove my home from your cover page. I never gave you permission to post my home.

Replaced expansion tank for newly installed water heater. Mickey was knowledgeable, kind and professional. He answered all my questions and fully explained what he was doing in real time. The replacement was very quick and he diligently cleaned up all the water that spilled during the process. I feel the price was fair for the work that was done. I would definitely recommend Tritan Plumbing to family and friends.

they're a joke and liars. complete waste of time. all of these 5 star reviews have to be paid reviews...it's normal now of days. please do not fall for them go on yelp if you want real and true peoples opinions..... were so nice and easy going people as well so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and we were so patient with them. i do not write bad reviews unless you reallyyy did something wrong so for me to go out of my way... be prepared to sit there the wholeeeeee day waiting for no one to show up and changing the estimate times left and right saying their ETA was 15 mins when an hour and a half later went by (when they're next town over) they're another 15 mins away. get your stuff together dude. it's better to be honest than playing with peoples lives and times you wasted our wholeeeee day! suppose to be here at 3. then 8.pm. comes around and still were'nt here. not cool and while an unprofessional girl over the phone has to text you being rude by not anwsering our calls as we have a baby at home . she did offer us an inconveince fee and strangely after we told them we're done and to turn around. she magically said the guy was at the gate! is this a joke????? lol... well jokes on them they lost great business tonight and now all our neighbors are completely aware now too! :) you waste our time, we waste yours. keep lieing to your customers!!!!! but judging by the reviews we dodged an awesome bullet with this scam of deposits yikes!

DO NOT USE THEM. Called them to fix a drain clog issue. I went with them because they had come out for me a couple other times over the last few years. This time: over a three week span they took multiple days to respond to calls and texts, missed multiple appointments they had set with me, and showed up about 6 hours late both times they actually came.

They misdiagnosed the issue and charged me a couple thousand dollars (after promising a discount that they did not give) to do work that didn’t fix the issue in the slightest bit. They did not respond when I told them this.

Called Roto Rooter and they came out immediately, fixed the issue, and only charged me $400.

Our cleanout stack in the front yard was too high and needed to be lowered several inches. We called Tritan and explained the problem. They sent Mickey who did a great job at a reasonable price…all in a single visit. Thanks.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Do not use Tritan Plumbing. They never showed up to do the job and Sarah keeps making excuses for not refunding the deposit I paid. They are scammers!

Had a wonderful experience with this company! Sarah is wonderful! Had a major issue that needed to be resolved ASAP and she came through and went out of her way to make sure it was professionally and promptly resolved. Would highly recommend them for any service. The crew that came out was on time and friendly. If we could give 6 stars we would!
