Todd was great! He arrived at 10am. Everything was fixed in a timely manner.

I called TMZ Plumbing for service and they sent someone out the same day. The work performed by Charlie & Luke was excellent and they were nice & professional. I always cal TMZ for any plumbing repairs.

Charlie arrives exactly on time and he is very professional and clearly communicative. This is the second time I have work done with Charlie and THE third with TMZ and they never disappoint me.

TMZ plumping came the same day when our kitchen sink became clogged. Todd was very knowledgeable about how to remedy the problem and was able to fix our garbage disposal in under and hour. Great service, would highly recommend!

Really enjoy working with TMZ Plumbing in Plainfield. Todd and his Team are trustworthy and professional; they held to the quote, communicated with us consistently, and the work went quickly. It pains me to leave this review, I don't like leaving negative reviews to family owned businesses, but where do I even begin with this nightmare?

I had TMZ Plumbing come out to repair a sump pump and replace the back up battery for our sump pump. Initially, I thought they had done well, everything was clean and seemed it was in working order. The back up battery was never replaced. They told me they would return to provide the back up battery, they never returned. Scheduled multiple times, no shows every single time.

Fast forward to a few weeks later, my entire basement was filled up with water, about up to my ankles. All my floors needed to be replaced. I reached out to figure out some resolution, they pretty much pointed the finger elsewhere.

Hiring TMZ Plumbing was one of the worst decisions I have made, I regret ever giving these guys my business.

Great experience from start to finish. Called yesterday after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Responded immediately and set up appointment for the next day - today. Excellent communication providing 2- hour time window and follow-up texts detailing arrival. Excellent work and clean-up. Very happy with the results. Fair pricing, too.

Todd and his team do not let me down! I use him for our house projects and also refer them out to my clients and network. I appreciate their communication when they are on their way, the upfront estimate, and completion in a reasonable amount of time. Really nice experience with them!

Would definitely recommend Tritan Plumbing. After the village sent a notice that they had seen roots in our sewer service line during their yearly maintenance, we contacted Tritan to inspect, via camera, and jet the sewer pipe. Upon inspection, they noticed several critical issues in our line, and that the best course of action would be replacement of the old clay sewer pipe. Their office was great at working with our insurance, and Noe, Max, and Mickey were fantastic in dealing with any setbacks during the actual project (including the previously unknown foundation from a long gone structure on our property). I'm hoping that, for the time being, my plumbing woes are over, but if I do need a plumber in the future, I will definitely be contacting Tritan.

I called Tritan to replace my primary and backup sump pump as well as replacing the outside RPZ valve. The technician, Jonathon who showed up and was extremely professional. He listed to my concerns and provided recommendations that were in-line with what I was looking for. He did a great job of explaining pros and cons of each option. He was straightforward and honest about what would provide the best value for the money. The work he did was phenomenal. The sump installation was top-notch and he took extra time to clean up the area. The outsize RPZ work was equally phenomenal. He installed a much better quality valve and the configuration is much more visibly clean that what was originally installed. They sent before and after pictures along with the invoice which was great. I would use these guys again, hands-down. Courteous, professional and honest - best plumber I've ever worked with.

I called Triton to have some plumbing work done with my bathtub. After getting multiple quotes, Triton proved to be the most cost effective.

Phil was the gentleman performing the work. With over 10+ years of experience I was confident I was in good hands. He finished the job ahead of schedule without sacrificing the quality of work. He was super friendly, professional and I would recommend him and Triton plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing work.

Since there are few more plumbing jobs I need to get done, I will be contacting Triton Plumbing to do the job. Many thanks from a happy customer!
