Had an appointment for repair had wall opened up and easy access to small section of pipe tech came in stated he needed a saws all blade and would run to Menards quick and get one then I got call from office 15 minutes later stating tech could not do the job.

Completely wrong estimate, very bad customer care manner, broke the sink line and asked for more money. Plumber left for sink parts never came back. Keep disconnecting phone when called. Left with not working kitchen sink which was just leaking before.

Called about 8: 30 am because website said same day 1 hour service, talked to someone who said he will contact a plumber near me "Chicago land area" no one called me back , after about 3 hours I called the same phone number back and left a message. 12 hours later I still haven't been contacted back. This guy sucks. don't bother calling them. Zero Stars.

I had a horrible bad shower cartridge situation to say the least.. Not to mention alot of missing parts from someone who said they could fix the shower then just made it worse. I called A Plumber in 1 Hour not only were they extremely fair with there prices they were kind and patient with me.. They went over all my options on the things that needed replacing. And kept a clean tidy work place. Thanks guys ill never use anyone else but you in the future!
