Had a great first experience with Hydro-man. We needed an old cast iron sewer line descaled. I called Josh on a Saturday, he answered right away and within a minute I already liked and trusted him. Knowledgeable and very personable, we talked a while and he explained everything to me over the phone. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to come out within a couple of days. I really appreciate the text in the morning letting me know his guys were on the way, as they would be arriving on the early side of the window Josh gave me. Jack and Sam were great too! Very polite and friendly, they didn’t waste any time getting to work and they got the job done much quicker than I was expecting.
Excellent customer service, great quality of work, and reasonably priced. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and I will too!

Great guy to work with. He won’t above and beyond to replace my sewer line with a hole. He moved all his jobs as I had relatives coming in town. He did the job in a day and did amazing!! For an extremely fair price! I will recommend him to everyone and will be my go to plumber!!

Great experience with Josh and Jack from Hydro Man. We were in a bind and needed someone trustworthy to jet our main sewer line. Josh got us on his schedule the same day--was at our house less than four hours after I reached out. Thorough, professional, hard working. And really great guys. Highly recommend!

Josh was took my SOS call at my business and was there in 90min. His team identified the issue and got right to work we were able to open on time at 10am. They arrived, solved the issue, cleaned and were on their way. Couldn’t be nice and great customer service. Anyone that has a commercial space should call these guys

Josh is a great licensed plumber and a really nice guy. I called several other businesses in the area and he gave one of the best flat rate prices over the phone. I had him do a power rod cleaning of my kitchen faucet and while he was filling up the sink to verify proper plumbing -- he went above and beyond by addressing other plumbing concerns that were in totally different room. (I had asked)

During the whole process he took care to explain it in good detail if I had any issues or not. He was honest, straight forward, and didn't try to sell me any extra services or equipment. 100% recommended!

I called Josh to help me clear out a clogged sump pump line and he and his team were able to complete the job in less than 20 minutes which is more than I can say about the previous plumber who unsuccessfully tried to rod the line and then charged me $425 for nothing accomplished. I was also impressed with Josh’s quick response and communication prior to the appointment. Will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

Josh from Hydro-Man came out promptly on a Tuesday at 11PM when my sewer line backed up. I am glad I stumbled across them online. They were quick, thorough and properly cleared main drain clog with hydro jetting and a camera. I highly recommend them!

Josh is the nicest of people! He is exceptional at communication - he was great at sending texts when the appt was scheduled, he was running behind due to an existing customer that has an emergency flooding issue, and when he was on his way. I greatly appreciated his updates instead of guessing and waiting around. When him and his partner did arrive, they were very knowledgeable in knowing exactly what needed to be fixed. Very reasonable trip charge which gets waived if you have any parts that need to be replaced. We will certainly use again (hopefully we don’t need to ha!)

Highly recommended!!! Hydro-Man Jetting is an excellent company and Josh and his crew are professional and courteous. We needed our window well drains cleaned and they were able to set an appointment on short notice and completed the job quickly and expertly. They have the right equipment and know how and pricing is more than fair.

We had some plumbing issues and had to call to see if Hydro-Man could come out same day to work on it, we figured we had a clog in our main sewer line. Josh came out same day spent 4 hours working on all of our plumbing issues! Our main line got rodded and he fixed our leaking pipes under our kitchen sink. He was so professional, very responsive! He got everything done quickly, cleaned up after himself, was super friendly, and our dog loved Josh.

My family and I are truly grateful that in our time of need (a last minute emergency) we found Josh. Honestly, it was early on a Saturday morning, so I had little hope of finding anyone available, but Josh responded right away. He came to our home promptly and took care of the problem with the utmost professionalism. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he was also kind, respectful, and reassuring during a stressful situation. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and committed to helping others, especially on such short notice. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone in need of reliable and excellent service.

During the heavy rain and bad storms we had at the end of August my sump pump stopped working
I called Hydro jetting, drain & cleaning and had the pleasure of working with an amazing talented group of people.
Josh answered his phone immediately, and although he was not able to make it out right away, he had Jack get in touch with me. Based on a picture and videos Jack was able to have all of the equipment needed, was at my house within an hour and my sump pump was installed . He was professional, and left everything looking immaculate. When Josh was done with the job he was working doing he came to make sure everything was running smooth. I was unable at that point to schedule an appointment with Josh to come back the following Friday and replace my back-up sump pump. When Josh came back, he brought Sammy with him, again a talented, professional and hardworking employee
I woul call Josh again for all of my plumbing needs. He is priced fair, trustworthy, and beyond knowledgeable.

I completely agree with all the glowing reviews—this company is exceptional! I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Josh and his team were outstanding from start to finish. He responded promptly to every call and text, addressed my request quickly, and resolved our issue while taking the time to explain each step clearly. If I ever face another issue, I won’t hesitate to call Josh and Hydro-Man Jetting & Drain Cleaning LLC again!

We had a significant block-up of our sewer line out to the street and Josh and his most-helpful assistant Sam made extra effort to address the problem quickly when returning from a trip when I chose to jet the entire sewer line out to the street. Josh is a very friendly, competent and professional provider of an obviously important service. He and Sam spent a good part of an afternoon using multiple techniques and tools to overcome large snarls of roots and lips on the pipe out to the street. Sam operated the camera to indicate the best way forward and examine the pipe after successful jetting. They make a great team and I highly recommend them for any jetting that is needed.
My only hesitation between 4 and 5 stars was the rather insignificant guarantee of their work. Josh offered only a rather insignificant six months! He must have enough sewer block jetting jobs to note when they have asked for another service to offer a guarantee/warrantee based on experience. From my experience, even with auger sewer pipe cleaning, it should be much longer than six months..

5-stars all the way for the 'Hydro-Man' and his team. The communication from when I reached out to the completion of the service was exceptional. Josh, the owner, texted me updates on their arrival and they completed the service in a prompt, professional manner. Additionally, Josh and his team were more than happy to educate me on my sewer system and welcomed me to watch the entire process. As a new homeowner, it was invaluable to spend time learning about the plumbing in my home while simultaneously receiving top notch service. I will be a repeat customer!

I can’t say enough good things about Josh. I called in a very stressful situation, and he took the time to calmly talk me through what was happening, explain things in a way I could understand, and help me feel grounded when I was panicking. He was patient, kind, and never rushed me, even though he clearly had a lot going on himself. Josh scheduled us an appointment and made sure we knew exactly what the next steps were. That level of care and professionalism means so much during an emergency. Highly recommend.
