Fantastic service. The price was almost $1200 less for a hot water heater that had double the warranty (12 year versus 6 year). Also have a 1 year price guarantee. The plumbers were very friendly kept me informed of what was going on, and explained what they were doing and why. I highly recommend DRF plumbing. They exceeded my expectations and if needed I will use their service again.

Kevin Loden and Eddie did an outstanding job replacing our water heater. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, friendly, and respectful of our home. Kevin’s expertise and Eddie’s attention to detail really showed in the quality of their work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It was clear we were in the hands of true professionals, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Highly recommended!

Andy and Jason had the new water heater replaced in record time. They took great care in how and what the job required. Very informative before and after the work was completed. Removed the old water heater and left no mess at all. If you’re lucky to have these guys on the job you will be quite satisfied.

Good communication organizing day and time of installation as well as job process and cost. Clean job and respectful of our home. Tank arrived a day early on a Sunday and they were able to change instal from Tuesday to Monday with no problems.

Claudio did great work adding a new stop and putting in a 45 degree turn for the gas pipe as well.

Eric was outstanding from start to finish. He walked in cool, calm, collected and clearly knew his craft. New sink needed faucet, disposal, dishwasher hookup — everything was installed cleanly, tested under pressure, and left bone-dry. He explained what mattered, caught details before they became issues, and didn’t rush even with the holiday clock ticking. We got everything knocked out in time for the holidays, which made my wife very happy — and normally I don’t like plumbers doing that, but I’ll make an exception this time. Big thanks to Eric for a smooth, stress-free install and a kitchen that’s ready to be used again.

Called for a quote to hydro jet a 15" culvert, they provided a phone quote and scheduled the job for the next day. Josh was professional, provided quick service and fair pricing. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Josh was great! Our kitchen sink was continually backing up and no amount of draino worked anymore. He thoroughly explained what he would do and came the next day. Worked for 3 hours jetting our kitchen drain. So much gunk, hardened grease, and all types of stuff that had built up over years came out. Our sink is now draining perfectly. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Josh is an awesome and knowledgeable professional. We have used a few plumbers but he is the absolute best of them all. We had him pull out our old broken toilet and replace it with another and he was swift and did an excellent job. We loved the way he explained what he was doing step by step. Josh and his crew were very helpful and informative. They worked quickly and addressed our issue (and there were A LOT) within less than 12 hours. Even running into snags throughout the job, he kept us updated along the way and held to the price he promised.

I called Josh because I suspected a major plumbing problem. Josh was super responsive, came the next day, evaluated the issue (found it wasn't an issue!), snaked a drain, and came back the next day to fix a leaky faucet.

Josh and his team are wonderful! I had a pool installed recently and Josh hooked up our pool heater! I cannot rave enough on how efficient and satisfactory their service was! As first time pool owners, we have very limited knowledge on what steps to take, but Josh has made the process much smoother and provided amazing advice and recommendations! Also, before anything was done, Josh and his team smelled gas outside our home and called Nicor on my behalf to have them come out to replace our meter and any other parts needed and prevented what could have been a dangerous situation! Josh was amazing to work with! He helped us detect why we were experiencing a back up in our sewer drain. We have an older house and he was able to detect the issue immediately with the equipment he had. Josh was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
