Fantastic family owned business! We have lived in our home for over 10 years and have had issues with our kitchen sink for 10+ years. Multiple plumbers have come out over the years and given us different reasons/solutions, none have worked. Josh requested photos of our pipes and immediately knew the cause and solutions. He explained that our pipes were not to code or properly vented. He came out and replaced the pipes, vented and cleaned the clogs. Amazing work and genuinely nice guys. Our sink now drains quickly, does not have odors and we can hear the effectiveness of the completed work. I will recommend Hydro-Man to family, friends and clients. Wonderful service!

Josh and crew were able to come over for an emergency mainline pipe crack, give a solid estimate, and start work almost immediately. Josh and crew saved the day as our main drain line was clogged from tree roots! We’ve been through it a few times now over the years and I was tired of the increasing price from another company, and the pressure from that company to spend thousands of dollars to repair. Hydro-man has better equipment and much more reasonable prices! They came out the same day we called, stayed in communication with us via text until they got here and were very down to earth and professional. They also assured us that the insanely expensive repair another company insisted on, really isn’t necessary. Thanks so much! We will definitely recommend you to our neighbors and friends.

I had 2 other plumbers lead me on and not show up when they were supposed to. I went down the Google list of local plumbers and Josh was the only one to call me back. At this time, I had a plumber that was suppose to come out. After the previous plumber no showed me twice, I called Josh back and he was quick to respond and come out within a day or two.

Just by talking to Josh, you can tell he loves his business. He was 100% straightforward in explaining the process and charges. Giving me options of what we could do.

Because of his dependability, his honesty, his communication and his dedication to helping me, he will always be the plumber I call for my business and for personal use.

He will be our go to plumber for life. I highly highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I bought a house a month ago and ran into a backup issue with our plumbing. Josh came out the same day and cleared the clog and found a sheer. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We'll definitely be going to with them again for any future plumbing issues.

Update
Josh came out last week to address our main drain issue he found for us last winter. He allowed us to dig the hole to the drain ourselves to save money and told us to send pictures so he could help us out as we dug it out. Once we had it dug out he came out and replaced the line that week.
Absolutely love his company and will be going with hydroman with any future issues. He is very knowledgeable, understanding and does everything he can to make sure his clients are very well taken care of.

I had an old water valve to turn the water on and off to a toilet and it was leaking. IT WAS LOCATED IN A VERY TIGHT AREA! I tried to tighten to do more compression to the handle and it was as tight as it would go. I got very scared because there was NO SHUTOFF for that valve so the water would have to be turned off for the whole hose if I cause the leak to get worse. I called Hydro-Man Jetting & Drain Cleaning and was surprised to have Josh, (the owner), to answer the phone. I described the problem and he said he understood and spoke very clear, telling me when he could be here. He called when he was about an hour away on the planned day and had my problem repaired in approximately 1 HOUR! A PERFECT JOB INDEED. The cost was very reasonable after what I went through trying to do it myself. He was timely, did the work correctly with no mess and for a good price. The picture is of the leaking valve and I messed with it so much and tightened it so much, I was afraid the nut would strip. Josh got here in time and solved my problem so I can now sleep at night again.

We had a great experience with Hydro-Man Jetting & Drain Cleaning. They were reasonably priced for the service we needed, and Josh was very communicative. The appointments he had earlier in the day took longer then he expected, but he was very good at keeping us posted with arrival time throughout the day. Will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future!

While doing some work in our crawl space we noticed a gas odor. Nicor came out, turned our gas off and we started calling around to get someone out immediately. When called Hydro, Josh answered professionally and shared that he was finishing up a job and would be out within a couple hours. The team showed up, shared their reasonable estimate and went to get the items. Within 45 minutes I had a new pipe and no leaks. Highly recommend Hydro and will be sure to call them in the future.

Josh came to hydro jet my sewer line when regular coil rodding from another plumber did not clear the clog. He is a great communicator from start to finish and I understood exactly what was going on. I was also having problems with my sump pump and after inspection, it was no longer functioning. He was able to come out the next day to replace my sump pump and back-up battery. Just in time too! We got lots of rain the next day and my yard was flooded. New sump pump worked perfectly!

Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They were straight to the point and took care if my house asap. If you need drain cleaning give them a try!!!

Awesome experience with Josh and Hydro-Man. I had an issue with my shower and when i called to explain my problem I was given the possibilities of what the issues could be and the prices to fix those issues immediately. Prices were competitive and Josh showed up promptly to fix my issue. Would highly recommend and will definitely be calling Hydro-Man the next time I need a plumber!

Josh has been great to work with. He took the time to walk me through and explain in detail everything he was doing and why, which I appreciated as a new home owner that doesn’t know much. So far he’s helped me out with my water softener/conditioner, caulking large gaps in my shower, and getting my garbage disposal up to code. Josh and Hydro-Man are definitely my go to

I needed to have my main sewer line hydro jetted and the Hydro-Man team were the perfect people for the job. Josh and Sammie were prompt, courteous, efficient and their work was excellent. They filled me in on everything that they were seeing with my sewer line and gave me tips to avoid similar issues in the future. They really understand the ins and outs of the work they do. I had a great experience working with them and I highly recommend them!

Josh and his crew were great. Had a sudden backup in our drains, and they made it out to us in 40 mins, were able to diagnose the problem, clear the drain, and get our pipes flowing again in no time. 10/10 would recommend

Josh at hydro man was amazing. Very knowledgeable and transparent about his work. Went above and beyond to help us with a bad plumbing job and made sure we were taken care of. He was also very quick! 10/10 would recommend!! Had a really great experience with Hydro-Man. They were prompt, professional, and honest. Not only did they fix my issue, but explained everything thoroughly using a camera to show me the details and provided tips on how to prevent further backup as we prepared to fix the structural problem (we have an old house that needs some repairs). They even followed up afterwards to recommend a cap for an open drain we’ve had since moving in.

It’s always tough when something unexpected happens with your house and you don’t know who to call/trust, but I can say without a doubt that Hydro-Man is a reliable and trustworthy service!!

Fantastic people to work with! Called Josh who took his time to explain in detail what services they offer. They were at my house diagnosing the problem within a few hours. Jack and Sammie were very professional, courteous and worked very hard to fix the clogged drain in my house. They took the time to answer my questions and educated me on the process. The interaction with the whole team was great from start to finish. I am very happy with the outcome and I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Josh and his team answered at 7:00am and showed up by 11:00am to fix my clogged main sewer line. He even went above and beyond to clear a bridge line. He saved the day with a smile. Incredible businessman and outstanding customer service. Can’t recommend enough!
