Both Andy and Jason were nice and extremely professional. They did an outstanding job on installing our new water heater after our old one went out last night. They took the time to clean and upgrade all the connections. Very satisfied with their service today.

I could not ask for better service. Matt and Tyler arrived promptly, did a “no problems” install of two new toilets, cleaned up completely, were finished in just over an hour (Note, my valves and rings were in good shape, avoiding extra work) and hauled away the old toilets as contracted. And they are friendly guys with a sense of humor. BTW the Home Depot authorized contractor price was about 20% better than an outside plumbing company’s bid. Thanks DRF Water Heating Solutions for a great job.

With me knowing very little about water heaters Tyler was very knowledgeable. He was very detailed to what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Thank you Tyler for the great job! We will be using your services again.

Ryan and Jason did an amazing job installing our water heater, it was fast and they also clean up after the install. explain everything about the water heater. they show up on time. village inspected the install and it was good. i highly recommend DRF for plumbing and water heater installation.

Robert and Jorge did an excellent job removing my old laundry room sink and cabinet and installing the new one. I am very happy with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Robert and Jorge were very knowledgeable and friendly and had a commitment to customer satisfaction. They were resourceful when faced with a potential plumbing issue and quickly resolved the problem.

Hired them to replace water heater, as Home Depot offers next day service with this company. They sent plumbers to my house that took out my washer drain hose to drain water tank but never put washing machine hose back. We did laundry and it drained, flooding my laundry room, kitchen and out into my living room. This damaged some of my flooring in my living room, as it's not water resistant. Contacted this company immediately. They sent the plumbers back to my house to help clean up the water. Asked for pics and videos of the damaged floors. Said it would be fixed. Plumber sent a flooring guy to my house who agreed to there being water damage that needs replaced. That's it. That's all that's happened and it's been over 2 months!!!!! Flooring guy said he needed a sample of the floor to try to find a match to replace it but never showed when he said he was coming. Text and asked to come the next day and was again a no show and no call. This company has said it is on the plumber to get the floor fixed. I did not hire this plumber, this company did. They have refused a refund for me to get my floor fixed. They have passed the buck onto the plumber that I have no contact info for because I hired DRF and this is who they sent to my house. I have done everything they have asked of me. I have pics and videos of the damage. I have emails from company saying they know this was caused by the plumbers. I've been patient and have tried to work with them but at this point, I just want a refund, so I can pay to get this damaged THEY caused to be fixed or I want someone here NOW to fix my damaged floors.

Andy and Francisco were amazing! They arrived when they said they would, measured to see if the tanned would fit, and when it wouldn’t, they had backup solutions ready to go in the truck. Francisco also made sure to keep me apprised of every step they were on and the estimated time to completion. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

The ability to contact Home Depot/DRF was excellent. They were able to get me on their schedule late at night for the next day and set everything up. The downside was, they cannot provide you a time so I waited all day until 4 in the afternoon without hot water. The actual install was excellent and my new water heater is working great, but the installers really left my house a mess and were not very careful with things in the house. The price and product were good, but all in all, I would've preferred using someone else.

Kevin and Eddie were great! My water heater finally died last night and less than 24 hours later I have hot water again. Right after a snow storm, too! They were quick, knowledgeable, and did great work on the install. Very grateful and grateful for them pointing out the chimney too. Thanks again!

I could not be happier with my experience. Tim and Francisco were wonderful and professional. The price through Home Depot was fair and reasonable for the work. A plumber quoted $1,500 more. And you did it same day. I will let everyone know about you.

From start to finish, I was treated with respect and was guided to make the best choice for my situation. My interaction was Sal on the phone convinced me this is the right company to work with. Communication was very good concerning scheduling and arrival time. Both gentlemen were very professional. The service was done quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up after themselves very well. They took time to explain the new unit and what to expect with air potentially coming through the pipes the first time you turn all back on and cleaning the faucet filters if needed. I would call this company back again for other services.

Came first thing in the AM. Contacted me when 20 minutes away. They were very courteous. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up very well afterwards. Took their time to explain the new water heater and all the fixtures they replaced along with the water heater.

This company is truly amazing. When my water heater went out because of flooding, Justin reached out within an hour to understand my situation and get me scheduled. The communication on the day of service was outstanding, and Paul and Andres were incredibly knowledgeable during the installation. They took the time to answer every question I had.
