Definitely recommend Tritan. Started with Lesli's great customer service when I called to schedule the appointment, then Ben came and helped me with my sum pump issue that I called about and also went out of his way to inspect other areas for me to give me a full picture of the condition of the plumbing in and around the house. He pointed things out to me that I never would have thought about and put me on a path to avoid thousands of dollars of repair cost down the road.

Johnathan W. came out to repair our fridge water line and was courteous, professional, personable and informative. I was given a fair set of options and the benefits and risks with each one. He was respectful of my home, made sure I knew what his work would entail and how I would interact with it later, and made himself aware of the other plumbing situations in my home to make reasonable recommendations and suggestions. His work was prompt and clean and I look forward to having him out again for future projects.

Fixed cartridge on jacuzzi tub. Had one plumber come out, look at it and said they couldn't do it. Didn't even get a call back from several more. Titan returned the call same day, had someone out a couple days later. Chris fixed with no problem and was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use their service again.

I was referred to Tritan Plumbing for being an affordable; however, after completing a pretty standard job, I was billed $1000 (not including parts), for a job that could not have taken more than 2 hours. It was outrageously priced for the work. My former plumber (fully licensed), who is now retired with health problems, said max charge would have been $350 for the work. Regardless, I will NEVER use this company again, because the amount of money I was charged was ridiculous!!! Buyer beware!!!

Fantastic, professional and VERY reasonably priced plumbing company with excellent customer service! Mickey responded to our plumbing emergency immediately and basically worked overnight to resolve our issues as quickly as possible. It was so nice to deal with a family owned company and were blown away by how he made us feel like we were family.

Ben & Mickey did an exceptional job fixing a septic system that had been neglected for many years. They worked with us and made sure we had service when we needed it. Now we have one less thing to worry about.

We will definitely call Tritan again with any future plumbing issues.

We’ve had a fun time keeping up with the issues that come with an old house. We’ve had more plumbing problems and Tritan has done a great job working with us and helping to restore the house to where it should be. Kudos to Jonathan who stayed until we solved the problems. He also fixed a couple things we didn’t even know about. We definitely recommend Tritan!

Sump pump stopped working and water was quickly coming into the basement. Called Tritan and they were very helpful and quickly made arrangements to send a plumber. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. New pump was quickly installed. Tritan's fast response and service is greatly appreciated as it helped to control the problem before it could have quickly become a much more serious one. Highly recommend Tritan to our family and friends.

I needed a gas line repair as well as some new piping for water lines to water heater and the quote was very high. After talking to them Mickey was able to get quote down to manageable price. They were busy and were able get to me in timely fashion. The plumbers that came out were absolutely amazing! They know there stuff. I highly recommended Hollywood and Corey. They went above and beyond to get my problems fixed. I would recommend to anyone for any plumbing needs.

Jonathan and Noe came in and repaired our cracked toilet and installed a new water heater super quick. They were both great guys! Fast, professional and cleaned up the work area. Upfront pricing and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I called Tritan Plumbing Thursday evening when i discovered evidence of water leakage on my ceiling below one of the bathrooms and they were able to get me in the very next day. Chris was awesome. He quickly assessed the situation, explained everything and was in and out in no time. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He arranged for another company to come out and make sure there were no issuees from the water damage and to repairr the drywall. I received a call maybe 15 minutes after he left to set that up. I will definitely use their services again if any issues occur and would highly recommend Tritan Plumbing to everyine. Thank so much Chris.

The guys who came out to do the work were great from start to finish. They explained everything to us as they were doing it never kept us guessing. Was up front with problem n pricing. I felt at easy when they were here n now consider them to be friends n will highly recommend them to my clients as I am in the cleaning business myself for over 42 years n have many customers. I Give them a 10 n not to to forget there main person who kept me in the loop Renee was very pleasant n polite each time we spoke she has great customer service n should be considered a keeper ! Fantastic job! We called Tritan because our drainage ditch was clogged. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and when they arrived they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it the same day. Incredible service. Both Jon & Pete did a great job and were extremely professional. THANK YOU!

Tritan is exceptionally professional. We have now required their services on multiple occasions, and they have done excellent work each time. With our last service, there was some confusion on our part, and the owner Mickey worked with us and was patient with us, which we greatly appreciated. The technicians are knowledgable, responsive, and considerate. I strongly recommend Tritan to everyone in my neighborhood.

Joey and Jonathon were very professional and easy to work with. They explained how they were going to clean the drain tile and then did their work and got it cleaned out. When they were finished they showed me the results inside the pipe with the camera. Would definitely recommend them for cleaning out your pipes. They did an excellent job.

Replaced my water heater and would not provide an invoice with a break down of the parts and labor. For the price I paid I’d expect a company to show me exactly what I am paying for…do not recommend this company use someone else.

Do not use this company! They charged my credit card twice for $750 almost two years after I used them, then blamed it on a system error. Check your credit cards if you’ve done business with them.

We had a major clog just off the stack, which Tritan hydro blasted. The team that came were very courteous and competent, and did a superb job. Would recommend Tritan Plumbing for any plumbing need.

Jonathan was terrific when we had a repeat clog on the second floor. He worked very diligently to diagnose the problem, and we are very satisfied with Tritan Plumbing. I fully reccomend them for any plumbing need.

We had an emergency plumbing situation at 10pm and this company was amazing. They quickly returned my call and helped get the situation under control over the phone. Jonathon and Joey were at my house before 7am to do the repairs. It was such a relief! I don’t recommend doing home improvements late at night for fear of hitting a water line 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I will highly recommend Tritan plumbing for all your plumbing needs. 👍 👍

We’ve used Tritan Plumbing services in the past and are very pleased with their service. Had an issue in the bathroom come up at 4p.m. on a Friday and needed immediate service because of wife’s recent surgery and limited mobility. Called and had service technicians out within the hour. Jorge was extremely professional, respectful and friendly. Discussed the problem and potential solutions and came up with estimate. Once work started, took less than an hour from start to finish. Very grateful to Tritan and Jorgenand associate for getting job done so quickly. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

HIGHLY recommend Tritan Plumbing!! We had a small issue in our home , nothing major , yet they responded to our message within 10 minutes and were at our house in under 2 hours. We even said "no rush" however they took it upon themselves to ensure our minds were at ease. Even after our issue was addressed and quickly fixed, they went out of their way to check that there was nothing else of concern. Do yourself a favor and use them, I promise you wont be disappointed !

I am so grateful that my niece heard about Tritan from a neighbor. She was happy with their service, so she recommended them to her mom (my sister), who also was very happy with their service, and in turn my sister recommended them to me! I left a message yesterday evening and Sarah called me back nearly right away. She was a pleasure to speak to and arranged to have someone out the next day. I love that they send a text to introduce you to the person who will be showing up at your door! Drew and Mike were great and I'm very happy with the work that was done. I had a great experience today with Tritan Plumbing. I had a 2:00 appointment for a technician to come to my house to assess my sump pump problem. The doorbell rang right on time. I really liked the technician, Mike. He was just a genuinely nice guy. I appreciated how friendly, courteous, and efficient he was. He cheerfully entered my messy basement and crawl space, explained exactly why we were seeing water, and offered me several options. He was not at all pushy in trying to sell me up. Within 45 minutes he had installed my new sump pump. I got great service. What a good attitude Mike has. Ask for Mike!
