TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!! Sarah supposedly scheduled appointments July 15, July 16, July 17 and July 18. Always an excuse as to why the Technician was not able to make it for example, weather, traffic, another appointment too longer than anticipated, short staffed because someone called out. It was ridiculous!!! I was blessed to be working from home that week, because what an inconvenience! Sarah claimed she was going to have her husband do the work on July 18, because she wanted me to have the best technician and she would offer an inconvenience fee. Well, not only did the technician not show up, I was ghosted by Sarah. How rude and unprofessional!!

I contacted this company because they repaired a busted pipe a couple years ago and the technician “Noah” did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I will “NOT” be contacting this company again! PLEASE BE WARNED!

Sarah is the most useless person, I saw another write up about her and I experienced the same issue. She called me and said they couldn't come out because of all the rain over the weekend and I said fine. She scheduled me for that Friday and no one showed up. I have called and left messages, no response. I texted her multiple times and no response. I e-mailed and no response. I went to TR Miller and they did a PM and flush of my water heat for 60$. Sarah quoted me 200-399! Its amazing how a place like this stays in business. They never answer their phone, they are unreliable and way overly priced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT

Great job tonight Tritan team! I was under a lot of stress after a vehicle crashed into my home and broke my gas meter right off the house. After calling several plumbing companies with no success in speaking with someone, Sarah answered my call. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable in moving forward with Tritan. The job was serviced by Mickey. Mickey has worked in the industry basically his whole life. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. What a great experience and I would definitely recommend Tritan and use Tritan for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Tritan Plumbing Saved the Day with Fast Drain Cleaning!

I recently had a severely clogged drain that was causing me a major headache. I called Tritan Plumbing because they advertised emergency services and drain cleaning in Plainfield. I was so relieved when they answered promptly and were able to schedule someone to come out same day! A special thanks to Sarah she was Amazing, she was so caring and kind it gave me a sense of relief!

The plumber, Mickey was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem in no time and cleaned out our drain line with their hydro jetter and had the line back up and running and all cleaned up in just a few hours.

I was impressed with their communication I received a text message that told me the plumber Mickey was on the way with a picture of him and a brief bio, I thought that was great very professional. The price was reasonable, especially considering it was an emergency call. I highly recommend Tritan Plumbing for anyone in Plainfield needing drain cleaning or emergency plumbing services. They were a lifesaver!

Outstanding Service from Tritan Plumbing!

We recently had Tritan Plumbing out to replace our water heater and repair a broken sewer line outside, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They dug up and fixed the sewer line in just one day and had our family back in business in no time!

A huge thank-you to Sarah for being so kind and professional she made us feel like family and got the plumbers out to us within just a few hours. And a special shout-out to Mickey, who really knows his stuff! He’s sharp, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work.

Worst driver ever!! Literally drive the speed limit while on the roads or STAY HOME

Ray was very prompt. Was able to come in and help me out rather quickly.
