Accurate came out and took care of our leaky sink. They did it at a reasonable and understandable price (half what the alphabet guys quoted). Accurately diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently.

Accurate Plumbing is phenomenal! We've had them do repairs and hot water heater installation at our church and they do an outstanding job. They are quick to respond to needs and their follow-up is awesome. I highly recommend this company based on the professional manner of work they've done for us!

He diagnosed where the leak was coming from quickly, was very knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done. Quality repair work done at a fair price. The company is preparing the bogus reports. You can not read them and if you ask for explanation no respond for $225 and 4 lines. The report and diagnostic are waste of time you can not read. The only work is that they use the words perhaps and maybe so they can’t certify on anything.
Waste of time and zero empathy and respect for customers. They just care to make money fast and hustle.

VERY EXPENSIVE!!! First off, they gave me a 3 hour window, but showed up 15 minutes after the window. I had to call to find out where my plumber was. When they finally showed, they unclogged my sink but took 2 hours to do it. Took them three tries to get it done correctly. Of course it did, they charge $95 for an extra hour. $465 seemed REALLY expensive for such a job. I will not use this company again, and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either. Shop around, there are less expensive plumbers around.

We are thoroughly satisfied with Phil's work as a representative of Expert Plumbing. He takes his time in answering our questions and providing us with the necessary explanations for us to make a decision. His work is excellent and very neat. We were in a crisis situation with our basement and in need of a sump pump. Phil was able to put our minds at ease with our decision as to which model to purchase.

Our basement had flooded, it was an emergency and expert plumbing responded quickly and did an amazing job. Luca was professional and solved the problem. We appreciate all he has done. Thank you. We will definitely call expert plumbing again.

Update 05/28/21: Coming up on the holiday weekend, our sump pump quit Friday PM. Called at 3, Lukasz was onsite at 5:30 and had the new pump & switch installed in an hour. Outstanding!!

Selling our house, buyers requested sealed sump pit covers. Lukasz from Expert was informative and speedy. He showed up on time, described our options and got the job done same day. The job was not easy and required re-plumbing the pump and vent line. We've relied on Expert Plumbing and they have never let us down (Lukasz did our water heater a few years ago) . The price was fair for the amount of work done.

I used Expert Plumbing Service for the first time this week. They sent out a rep named Chris. I can tell you that he was extremely honest about the work that needed to be done and was not pushy about me doing the work. He sat with me and thoroughly explained his plan of attack and the chances that he would be successful. I asked him a lot of questions and felt that he had a good chance of fixing my problem so I asked him to start immediately. Chris never wasted a minute of time while he was on the clock and used a lot of professional equipment while he worked. He completely fixed my problem and put all the pipes and fixtures back in place. I would highly recommend that if you need emergency work that you not only call this company but that you DEMAND that Chris is the one that comes to your home. Expert was quick to respond and had same day service for a leaking pipe. Unfortunately, they did not have the part in stock so the repair took a second day.

Dispatch, Teresa, was responsive and communicated each time the service technician was on his way.

Pricing was $440 for a leaking cold water supply pipe (copper). A quote was $95 but waived (included) if work was performed.

Christine was helpful and set up the appointment so everything went smooth.

From the initial phone number to the completed job Expert Plumbing was professional, thourough, knowledgable and excellent work. Chris was polite and gave my husband the best way to fix our leaks and old plumbing in the laundry room. Thanks Chris. would definetly recommend Chris as well as this company. Nobody gets excited about a plumbing repair, but I'm excited about the service & solutions I received from Lucasz today at EPS. He arrived early, assessed the problem thoughtfully, and answered all my questions. He didn't flinch when I questioned price, but explained everything included and looked for ways I could save. The very best aspect of Luc's service was his thoroughness. Because of the quality of his work, I saved time & money solving multiple plumbing issues - not just the one I called about. Bravo!

Lukasz installed a new water valve for our refrigerator. He is highly professional and pleasantly personable. He offered us two solutions for the problem and did an excellent job delivering the solution we chose. I highly recommend him and I will definitely call him if I ever need a good plumber to fix our problem.

I recently had a main gas line leak and needed it repaired ASAP as our house was on the market. Expert Plumbing was at my house very quickly. They pulled out the pipe going into the house and it was completely corroded and full of holes, thus the leak. They provided an estimate of the costs to replace the pipe and fitting. The entire job was done very quickly. I appreciate that they were able to fix the issue in such a short period and that we were able to get the gas turned back on for our house showing. I would hire them again if I had an urgent plumbing need.

My dad has been a customer of Expert Plumbing for years, and now I am a second generation customer. Had a new water heater installed. Very professional and personable company, and overall affordable. Company offers great peace of mind and warrants their work and service. Had Phil J. and John D. work on the install and removal of old water heater. Extremely personable and enjoyable experience. Discovered a minor issue with the heater itself, but was speedily and effectively adjusted the next day by Phil. Will definitely remain a customer of Expert Plumbing.
