Arrived in less than an hour after we called. The Plumber was knowledgeable, very personable, and thorough. He provided a written estimate, completed the repair, cleaned up the site, and tested his work. It has been nearly a week now and we have had no further problems. After a short discussion my wife and I agreed that we would not hesitate to call Expert Plumbing again should we have any other problems.

Highly recommend Expert Plumbing. From the first call to Teresa to schedule my appointment to the work completed by Lukasz and Keith, I saw a great attention to customer service and professionalism throughout. My kitchen sink clog was cleared quickly, and I was told the cost up front. I could tell that both were skilled and knowledgeable for the job. I would not hesitate to call Expert Plumbing again for future needs.

Joe came to my apartment building today to work on a backup in the drain of our Laundry Room. He spent quite a lot of time Rodding out two different drains and the main Cleanout. He used 2 different machines to finally clear the blockage. He was courteous, respectful and fully answered my questions. He did a great job!! 🙂

Lukasz was professional and friendly and left everything as it was found; you wouldn't know he was ever there.

Since Lucas I have had both Brian and Keith out for repairs/replacements and as with Lucas, above, I was confident in working with both of them. Total professionals. I will continue to use and recommend Expert Plumbing. Don't always find their level if workmanship these days.

I recently found out about a leak in my upstairs bathroom that I needed to have looked at. I called up Expert Plumbing and they were able to send someone out the same day I needed. Keith was very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He inspected the issue and thoroughly explained multiple options and price packages on how to fix the leak. He also gave me a referral to a handyman service that I needed. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Keith and Expert Plumbing.

Lukasz was great to work with. He was very professional and personable and was able to remove a very stubborn faucet using ingenuity and strength. We greatly appreciate his services and the new faucet works great.

Lesson Learned. Will not call again. Did not expect to pay $1200 for a little over an hour's worth of work!

Had scheduled to have Expert Plumbing Services install a new toilet, vanity faucet, and shower head in the shower they had previously installed. We provided all the materials and the bathroom had just been remodeled. I will give them that the plumber was very nice and did a good job, but cannot afford to call them again, nor recommend them to anyone else.

Expert Plumbing did an excellent job in replacing my 80 year old clay sewer tiles that were loaded with tree roots. They were flexible with my schedule with other contractors and that came in handy with rainy season work. Keith W and his crew did a great job dealing with some unexpected issues to get my sewer line back in order the same day they started so that tenants in the building were not without service for more than 8 hr. They gave a great price and great service. Highly recommended!

Brian at Expert Plumbing was polite, professional, efficient and effective. He solved the plumbing problem while saving me money! Any time we have a plumbing need we call Expert.

Keith with Expert Plumbing was incredible to work with. He walked us through what he was going to do. Quickly diagnosed what the issue was, provided repair options and did a great job repairing our leaking water feed to our laundry room. On top of that he was the friendliest contractor I have ever worked with - I could not recommend him more!

BUYERS BEWARE…. $820 to replace toilet tank components and remove buildup on faucet cap.

This company will not provide itemized receipts or breakout costs by service/product. EXPENSIVE, predatory level expensive.

That price above was to replace a toilet tank reservoir component (guts) and take of a bathroom faucet cap/remove buildup on nozzle/put cap back on. The tech was at our house for 60-75 minutes tops (including diagnostic time). They did not give a quote over phone beyond a $95-135 service fee to just come out. My wife thought the service was fixing the whole tank for that price. Truth is, you can have an entire toilet removed and new one paid&installed for $760.

It’s reasonable to state the charges here were predatory and incredibly overcharged. As a business professional, I understand companies have expenses and up charges. That everyone has to get paid from the service tech to the business owners and the admin staff. That also includes overhead costs of their operation… but in what world do you not explain your pricing with transparency??? This company “doesn’t itemize or break out service fees.” is what was told to my wife, then to myself via the phone. But I can…
-tank components: $30 (round it to $100 for up charge and margin)
-service appointment/diagnostics fee: $95

That leaves $565 in there bill… FOR 70-90minutes of service???? They didn’t replace anything on the sink, and only the tank components (guts). Then threw the old ones in our trash can next to the toilet. So they can’t claim “waste removal.”

I could understand $200 (or $100 a hour x 2). This isn’t a union plumber, but even a union plumber would have been $150 a hour. That’s still about half the gap missing here. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

When I followed up on why it was so expensive and I thought they over billed my wife, I was told “we reviewed everything and are all set on our side, billed 5% off for ‘a senior discount you shouldn’t have gotten.’ but we are good. If you still are not happy, I’ll throw in a service guarantee and wave $150.” I’d be good too if I just profited $300-400 extra then what my competitors are charging. Being informed that service should have been between $350-500 tops. ****CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!*****

Brian is my plumber and Christine is the warm, friendly and efficient voice that makes sure I get him for my plumbing needs. So far I have gotten two new toilets, a sump pump, a hose spigot, and multiple drain cleanings over a period of years. Christine makes sure I get my plumber and my times. I am a very satisfied custermer.

I've used Expert Plumbing a lot for my buildings for a variety things and highly recommend them. Quick turn around, good pricing, and quality workmanship. We have terrible well water and old pipes so I'm sure I will continue to use them on a regular basis for the foreseeable future.

Thank you Expert Plumbing for the excellent service and quick response this week. Brian discovered a problem with the shut off valves under our kitchen sink and installed new ones. Then, he installed the new kitchen faucet that we had for a while. His friendly manor and professionalism was outstanding. Everything was cleaned up well after. We will definitely have Expert Plumbing and hopefully Brian back to do other work that we need done.
