Chris was very helpful in explaining the issue with my hot water heater. It resulted in my needing a new unit. He was professional and provided me with the appropriate options available and came back the next day to replace the water heater. I highly recommend Expert Plumbing.

Excellent Service. Phil J. was very personable, took care of the issues I had quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Phil noted that our Hot Water Tank was fairly old, but still in good shape, and also showed me some knowledgeable options for a Hot Water tank when we feel we're ready to replace our existing one. I would definitely use Expert Plumbing Services again and highly recommend their services.

Brian arrived on time with a 20 minute call ahead. Brian is very good at what he does for Expert Plumbing. I am happy with the professionalism of the office staff and plumbing technician. Thank you for a job well done.

We have used Expert Plumbing in our home for over 10 years. They have always been professional and very prompt to respond. Lukasz K was their representative for a problem with our ejector pump. He diagnosed the problem and presented us with several options to repair or replace the pump. He presented the pros and cons of each option and let us make the decision. Once we decided to replace, he was very efficient and attentive to detail and his work. He gave us an estimate of the time it would take; he was within a few minutes of that estimate in finishing the job. He explained the process and showed us the steps he was going through during the installation. He was also very attentive to ensure that the whole operation was clean. I would recommend Expert Plumbing or Lukasz K to anyone with home plumbing issues.

Expert Plumbing is the best! Chris has been out to service my sump pump on 2 occasions, once to replace the back up battery, and again to replace the primary pump. He is knowledgable and professional. He explains the problem and provides costs before the work is done. His work is meticulous. I recommend Expert Plumbing without reservation.

We contacted Expert Plumbing Service to service our kitchen sink. We had exhausted all options of fixing it ourselves but when Luke arrived, he quickly knew how to address the drain and remove and replace it for us. Additionally, since everything had been soldered together, the plumber had to saw to remove the old drain. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the process to us. The company's truck was equipped with all necessary tools. We were happy with his work.

We had a problem with a water heater that worked when it wanted. We knew it needed to be replaced and called a couple of contractors. When we called Expert plumbing, they were very professional and efficient. The technician that came to do the estimate was friendly and informative. I learned a lot from him. He educated without trying to "sell" me. I appreciate that. We took a couple of weeks to make our decision and when we called Expert they installed our new water heater promptly and at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the service.

Expert Plumbing called and sent me a text with Keith's picture before he arrived, so I knew who to expect. Keith was on time, very polite, professional and got the job done quicker than I thought it would be done freeing up most of my day, and for approximately $500.00 less than another company I had been using. The tank is commercial quality rather than something I would buy off a store shelf.

I contacted Expert Plumbing Service, Inc. after my sisters basement flooded a second time in less that 6 months due to one sump pump being unplugged and the second sump pump becoming in operable. Chris arrived promptly, was very friendly, explained my options fully and performed the work requested in a professionally and expediently. He treated my elderly mother and semi disabled sister with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this company and Chris.

Water heater broke Sunday afternoon, left a message for Expert Plumbing Service. They called first thing Monday and were at my house by 10:00. The sold me a high quality water heater with a maintenance contract (I wanted one). The service was very professional; Chris explained everything, the new water heater was expertly installed, Chris cleaned up after himself (and the old broken water heater), and he was very personable. I will definitely call the next time I need a plumber.

This is the third time in 12 months I have invited Expert Plumbing into my home to make a repair. This time it was to replace an ejector sump pump in my basement. Knowing that it was important that we get it done quickly so that we could use the washroom and laundry room, they made room in a really busy schedule and sent out one of their great plumbers. He was in and out in less than a couple of hours, and of course we have a new pump. You cannot go wrong hiring these guys! Boom!

On Wednesday February 13, I went down to my laundry room only to find my water heater tank failed. I called work to notify them I would not be in due to all the water I had to clean up. I looked online for a professional plumber that was local with positive recognition reviews. I found only one that I was impressed with and that was Expert Plumbing Service Inc. I called the phone number listed on the internet and scheduled an appointment for an estimate that morning. A young plumber named Chris quoted me pricing using a few different options. My Wife and I talked and agreed on an option and Chris went to work. Chris was very respectful, honest and candid thought the entire process. Chris accomplished the work in a clean manner, he picked up during and after he replaced the water heater. Chris explained the warranty and also the included annual service. Chris was in and out within a few hours. Keep up the great work Expert Plumbing Service, Inc. An awesome team with a great work ethic. AAA+++

Lucasz replaced three faucets as well as replacing the metal pipes under the bathroom sinks with plastic piping. He was so patient and pleasant. His work is exemplary and I will definitely call Expert Plumbing Services in the future. And, did I mention the cost was reasonable. You get quality service at reasonable prices.

My wife came across the ad; I checked their website and online reviews. Expert Plumbing Service, Inc., sounded like the kind of company I want to do long-term business with. I was right. Teresa, the Office Manager, was wonderful: She is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and keeps you informed.

Chris, our Service Professional, was likewise. He took his time to review numerous options, answer my (many) questions, and ensure we received the (sump pump) system needed, wanted, and within budget. He even took the time to examine and answer questions about systems other than that he was installing. He was highly skilled, efficient, friendly, and courteous and left our home as clean as he found it.

5 stars for Service 0 Stars for price. Theresa was very pleasant and was able to schedule service the same day. Lucasz was very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, professional, friendly and honest. Removed my old faucet and installed one that I had purchased at Lowe’s. No changes to existing plumbing. Tightened a leaky valve that he could have said required replacement and turned into an even bigger job. Price to install customer supplied faucet: $485
If I didn’t go ahead with the work $85 for the visit/estimate. I saw other reviews that said they were high priced. I feel foolish for not believing it. They’re great, but expect to pay premium prices.

We called Expert Plumbing when our sink unexpectedly backed up on both sides. Teresa was very friendly and able to send Lukasz and Keith over within a few hours. Lukasz and Keith were great! They came in and diagnosed the problem, gave us multiple solutions, and had the job finished that afternoon. They were very knowledgeable and I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything they were doing to my husband and I. This is a local and trustworthy business and I would definitely recommend them to you.

I reviewed Expert about 3 months ago after their visit. For some reason it didn't post to their site although i see it under my personal reviews. For that reason i am going to copy my previous review after i complete the current one. I seriously cant say enough good things about this company! I am one who does quite a few reviews as its important to me that in this day in age that if a company does a good job they should be acknowledged, as customer service and honest, reliable, quality work is rare these days. With that being said, I couldn't be more pleased once again with Expert Plumbing! They stand behind their work and my latest plumber to come out today was Keith W. This gentleman was on time, professional, explained everything thoroughly to me before the work started and upon completion he checked everything with me watching and showed me so i could see the job was done right. He made a suggestion about a possible issue moving forward with a different pipe i have but wasnt pushy about it or trying to upsell me on anything. It was simply a suggestion for the future which i appreciated very much! He was also very pleasant to talk to and went the extra mile with everything he did. I just cant say enough good things about Keith and the job he did and his kindness and professionalism and once again the young lady i spoke to on the phone initially Christine was her usual pleasant and super helpful self and im very grateful to her as well. Expert Plumbing is the gold star as far as Plumbing services in this area as far as I am concerned. We wouldn't go to anyone else! Our plumber Brian W is an absolute incredible Plumber and all around great guy! He went above and beyond with his service call to my home and was able to rectify the problem by crawling around in our crawlspace(not a lot of fun and not easy to get into) and finding a solution to our problem. Although I'm sure it was a huge pain in the backside, Brian did not hesitate to go down there and did it with a smile on his face. Many plumbers would not even have attempted to go down there and would have made some excuse as to why they couldn't but not Expert Plumbing and Brian. He was so professional but yet personable and left no doubt in our minds that he was not going to leave until the problem was solved. I am very thankful to Expert Plumbing and Brian for their honesty, professionalism, and dedication to doing things the right way! Thank you to Brian and Expert Plumbing for all you do as you guys have a customer for life and we will continue to refer our friends and family to you as we already have! A special recognition to Lucasz as well as he has been our usual Plumber from Expert who usually comes out. I cannot say enough nice things about Lucasz as he is an incredible employee but just as importantly a wonderful human being! I joked with Brian that Lukasz was our #1 man/Plumber but with what Brian just did at our house, Brian is now right on Lukasz's coattails now for that recognition. Lol.

Almost forgot! I would be remiss if I didn't mention Christine who I spoke to on the phone and who I believe is the regular person who usually handles the phone calls. She is always so professional and nice and kind. She always does what she says she's going to do and is always reliable and always very sweet!
