Great work by Chris as usual. He is timely, professional and meticulous. He took care of my son’s plumbing issue which involved more than the scope of work anticipated as well as updating my water heater at home recently. I highly recommend Leto Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing needs you have.

This really is an exceptional company. We met Rick Leto when he was part of a team doing our kitchen remodel. During pre-construction he suggested small changes to the plan that saved us significantly. Next we hired him for a small repair, but he gave all the same attention to that little job as to the big one - he came fast, worked efficiently, and once again made improvements I didn’t think to ask for. Later my very old furnace died and his team was there next day to put in a new one, fast, clean, fairly priced. Plus his son is in the business - it’s great to see generations building something together. Would recommend Leto to anyone

Well after 20 years our 50 gal Bradford White water heater finally cracked and was leaking, was very surprised I still had Rick’s # from Leto plumbing, he did a job for me 25 years ago and if I kept him in my contacts it’s because he would be the guy I would call if any future service was needed.

At 7am I texted Rick about my situation and moments later he replied, he reassured me he could schedule me in the same day. Once the office was open I placed a call and was greeted by Lynda, she was very nice and walked me thru the steps needed for financing, I was all set to go by 9am.
At around noonish I received a call from Chris the technician stating he was on his way, I was very surprised that he was able to get the newest model - 50 gal Bradford White water heater. Took just under 2 hours to drain/ measure/ cut/ remove piping/ discard old heater/ bring new one down/ and assemble it all back together, No Leakes,

Very courteous and timely. Not expecting service within the same day, but Leto Plumbing came through in fast and courteous service. Chris, was able to install toilet water cut-off valve and get everything up and running.

Furnace went out this morning. Called Leto’s and Chris came out within a couple of hours and had the furnace fixed and heating the house in less than an hour!! Highly recommend!!

We are very happy with the service we received from Leto Plumbing. While working with them to replace our HVAC system we had great communication and Rick answered all of our questions. He was also very real and honest with us about what we really needed and what we could pass on. He worked with us to customize the system based on our requests and the needs of our home. When our sump pump failed, and we got water in our basement, Rick sent someone out right away to help us out. His son, Chris came to the rescue. Good family run business with many years of wisdom and experience. During the install of our HVAC system things went very well. We paid exactly what our estimate was and they went out of their way to make sure we were in the best place after they were done. Highly recommend!

My technician was a no show no call and I called this company LETO, Well not only did they show up on time but Chris was polite and knowledgeable about our dishwasher install. I just want to take a moment to say how grateful I am for the help Rick from Leto Plumbing & Heating gave us. Dealing with issues like an ejector pump and water heater is not fun, but he made the whole process easy. He showed up on time (in fact sooner than expected), was super friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I am thankful for the great service, as he made the experience a lot less overwhelming. Rick is someone you can trust, and highly recommended.

Had a sump pump failure on Saturday. When I realized i could not do the repair, I called Leto Plumbing on Sunday. Rick called me right back and scheduled repair the next day. Oscar V. came in the morning, removed the failed pump and replaced it, along with a new deluxe float and controller. Done in less than 2 hours. Friendly service I’ve trusted for over 25 years. Oscar was courteous and efficient. I’d highly recommend Leto Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

Oct 2025: Our most recent set of projects were completed on time by Chris. He helped resolve a design issue with one of the components that allowed the installation to proceed rather than searching for a more expensive solution. The service he provides continues to be fantastic. We will continue to use Leto for future plumbing and heating support!

Chris arrived at the agreed upon time and did a great job. He quickly flushed our tankless water heater and left the area dry and clean. We will have him back for future plumbing needs for sure.

July 9, 2025 Just finished a plumbing project that was completed by Oscar ( a very new tech with Leto). His installation was completed resolving a couple of issues he identified. He also double checked his work for leaks and functionality before he left. Replacing 2 toilets can be a messy job but Oscar completed the removal and replacement very cleanly. His customer service was fantastic. I will continue to use Leto for my future plumbing needs.

Just had this company come out after having reoccurring issues with our plumbing in our older home. We kept getting sitting water in our basement. I was blown away by the timeliness, quality a transparency around everything that was going to be done and what it would cost. The technician, Oscar, Was top-notch. He single-handedly has insured that you guys will have a returning customer. It was great to have someone come into my home who was personable and charismatic. Rick and his son Chris are great. They worked with my Village for main shut off so Chris could replace a leaking outdoor spigot and corroded valves. When my Mom had a leaky toilet I called again and they came out same day. Excellent work, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Leto Plumbing!

I usually do my own repairs but had a heart procedure 2 days ago. I noticed my ejector pump wasn't working and called Leto Plumbing & Heating. After explaining my situation with the office they said Chris will be my repaiman & he will call me in approx 2-3 hrs. after he finishes the job he is on. He called me within 15 min. and said he is on his way but said he wanted to let me know the replacement cost for an ejector could cost as much as $1300. Total.
I was shocked as I always do my own work but he said he understands my situation and possibly it could be the float or an adjustment but he will do his best to limit the costs. Well, he saved the day for sure and is a VERY HONEST young man. It was the float assembly needed to be replaced which he had on the truck. All in $310. and he had it all completed in no time. I think I found my NEW Plumbing & Heating co.
