Reviews of local pros in Plainfield, Illinois

The weeds coming thru my paver stone patio were such an eyesore. I’m so happy to have found Jason and his crew. They did a beautiful job on my concrete patio and the price was very affordable. He even started the job before the promised date which I was also happy about because I was able to enjoy my patio sooner than expected. I also had him do a concrete slab to put my shed on. Best decision we ever made. I would highly recommend Jason and his crew for any project. Thank you again Innovative Concrete Construction for your hard work and professionalism.

Jason and his team installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio for us 2 years ago. The work was done quickly, professionally, and is very high quality. It still looks perfect and totally changed our backyard.

We hired them again to redo our driveway, front walkway and front steps. Again, awesome work and very fairly priced based on other quotes we received.

Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. Added more footage couple days before at the same rate per sg ft. Great crew.

Jason is a straight up guy. I was referred to him and his company for a concrete patio and he did not disappoint! For one he’s on time, when he said he’d be there he was there and actually was early. I was in contact with him for several months as my quote came in before winter so had to wait til spring to do the work and he did a great job checking in periodically and kept a very open line of communication. His team was very friendly and courteous and I was happy to see that he has his son, Brian, working for him. I come from a father/son ran business so I was thrilled to support another business alike. Not only did Jason perform the job I asked for but he also gave some of his own creative insights to my project and I absolutely loved every idea he threw my way. It’s not always easy to envision your project but it helps when you have someone like Jason who has been doing this for so long throw some of their ideas in from past experiences. If you’re looking for a straight up, friendly, personable and efficient company then Jason and Innovative Concrete Construction is the team for you! I’d refer them to anyone and everyone! Thanks again to Jason, Brian and the whole team!

Jason and his team did a great job on our stamped concrete patio. They were professional, on time and easy to work with .

About 8 months after they poured our driveway it started chipping and cracking he asked for cash up front so he could pay his guys, not a good business man I assume.
They charged me for 5" of concrete and poured 3" - 3½".

Jason and his crew did a great job with my stamped patio. Jason explained the process step by step.

Jason and his team are top notch. From beginning to end Jason was always available if I had any questions. I had 3 different companies come out to bid on the work and I’m very happy with my choice. Would recommend

Jason and his crew from ICC replaced our driveway and front porch.
They did an excellent job, very professional and a bunch of hard working guys.
If you need any concrete work done don't hesitate to call Innovative Concrete
Company.
Reasonable prices and excellent work

Dave, Jason and their crew have no idea what they are doing. After communicating multiple layout instructions and providing a drawing, they still messed it up.

The concrete patio is cracking and there are dips that create large puddles. Now we have a built in bird bath!

In addition, we had him do the pool floor. His work was so uneven, now we struggle to get a pool liner to fit properly. The concrete ledge over the pool is wavy. He clearly could not pour concrete in a straight line. Two years later we have chunks of concrete falling into the pool.

This company is incompetent stay away!

Great experience. Great company and good crew. Had my backyard patio done in summer of 2024. They came with recommendations from my neighbor. Started and completed on time and reasonably priced. Definitely will share their number.

We had a larger brick patio area that we wanted to turn into a concrete patio. We received Jason’s name from a friend and his quote fit our budget. We are very happy with the results of the project. Jason and his crew were also professional and anytime I had a question, (which was frequently), Jason responded quickly. We would recommend him, and use him again if we have another concrete project.

We recently had a 20X25 stamped concrete patio installed with custom concrete stairs. ICC, Inc. followed through with everything promised. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Quality workmanship and treated our home like their own! You won't be disappointed!

Jason and his crew did a great job from start to finish on a multiple-step job. He poured my thickened slab for my garage, then the sidewalks, and another small slab I needed. Fair pricing and quality work always showed up when he said.

We used Innovative Concrete to extend our existing patio. Jason was great to work with. He was reliable; showed up when he said he would. He recommended a stamp that would compliment our existing patio which turned out very nice. We are installing a pergola kit so it was important that our patio be level and it was perfect. I highly recommend Innovative Concrete.

Innovative Concrete did our back patio and it turned out great! Communication was timely, professional, and helpful. They helped remove our old patio and put in a beautiful new concrete pad. The quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Jason and his team were great! Very professional but at the same time it felt like he was a friend and made some great recommendations. He did the wood floor looking concrete and it came out awesome. Price was good as well! After patio was done he sent his son Brian out to power wash it and seal it. His son was very courteous and a good looking kid. Very nice people. 10/10 across the board.

I was very pleased with and continue to recommend ICC for your concrete needs. ICC installed a stamped patio for me a few years ago and it still looks brand new. Jason with ICC was always on time, showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable. His years of experience helped me to decide what I wanted and with all the options for concrete these days made it easy to make a decision on what to install. The entire ICC crew was very professional and does excellent work.

Very happy with the new driveway! Jason and his crew do amazing work. In the 2000's I worked for a contractor that did it all. I have helped pour foundations, slabs and driveways. There is nothing easy about concrete work. The crew worked flawlessly. No one was standing around barking out orders. Everyone knew what needed to be done and got to work. That's when I knew I made the right decision to go with this company.

Tony and his crew did an amazing job remodeling our basement.

Because this is an insurance claim I am certain of that we have gotten no shows, shoddy work and rescheduling. And that is only if we call when they have not showed up. When I do remodel the kitchen again ,we have been without a kitchen sink for a month. I would hire someone off the street before I would ever use thier services again.
