We were referred to Tranquility by some friends when we were looking to remodel our upstairs. Our friends had used them for multiple projects. We worked with them to remodel our upstairs and had such a good experience that we worked with them again when we were remodeling our basement.

Everything about the experience with Tranquility was great. We initially worked with Ryan to scope out and design the project and then Eliot to bring the projects to life. Both are great to work with. Constant communication. Very dependable. Always professional and reasonable when issues unavoidably arise. They do great work.

We worked with Tranquility to transform our unfinished basement into a wonderful living space with an entertainment area, pool table area, gym, and storage. Ryan, Iris, Elliot, and the entire Tranquility team worked with us patiently and professionally from concept to design to install. They listened to our goals and made sure we achieved them. We love the space they created for us and they made the entire process easy and painless. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We have been so grateful to find this cleaning service. The owners are professional, focused, friendly, honest, and take their work seriously. They are a great balance of being friendly with visiting/chatting and getting work done. You can tell that they enjoy what they do and put their heart into it. They leave little nice touches around to show they really care. The only reason I did not select good value is because some people may feel their pricing is higher, but they absolutely work hard and earn what they charge. They take pride in a job well done. We have been through a handful of cleaning services and this is the first time we have ever come home and felt like nothing was missed.

I had Clean Heart Maids of Three Rivers come to my home after some remodeling for a deep clean. Not only were they professional and thorough, their attention to detail sets them apart. They also used natural cleaning products so no chemical smell. My husband and I were so thrilled with the outcome.

Yesterday, Brittney and her crew of three amazing ladies did a deep clean on our house. They showed up promptly at the scheduled start time, took a quick look around the house and immediately went on to divide and conquer. The did a fantastic job dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the appliances, scrubbing the bathrooms, making the beds and, get this, WIPING DOWN EVERY LIGHT SWITCH.
Brittney has an amazing eye for detail and made sure that every nook and cranny of the house was cleaned to her professional standard. This evening, I was working on my granite counter top and I could literally see my reflection in it; and I really mean literally. Definitely going to check out the ongoing maintenance so that my house looks awesome every day!

Brittney and her team were very thorough and meticulous. My house is very clean and I am really impressed. They also did special touches throughout the house as well. When we started using this service it was just a couple with their own cleaning business, called Utterly Clean Maids. The next thing we knew, “we’re growing our company”. Shortly after that, they joined forces with a larger company and changed their business name to what it is today. What started out as having the same couple cleaning our home, went to people we never even met in our home on a bi-weekly basis. This company advertises themselves as thorough, leaving your home spotless, and cleaning those forgotten areas people tend to forget about. This was definitely NOT our experience. I consistently had to reach out after services were performed because something was inevitably missed. The last straw was coming home after services were performed to find dust and debris on floors that should have been cleaned. Even more disappointing, the business owner (Brittney) was very dismissive about my feedback and her responses often came off rude and snarky. In my opinion, if you are paying a cleaning service to clean your home, it should look like your home was professionally cleaned. Otherwise, I can do a half-hearted job cleaning my home and save myself $300 per month. Don’t get me wrong, we had some instances where we were happy with the service performed, but those were few and far between. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service provided by this company and are choosing to take our business elsewhere.
