Reviews of local pros in Plainfield, Illinois

There were work around problems on almost all issues but Charlie is very considerate and thoughtful in his work

Todd came out same day and identified the issue right away. Was very flexible with our own schedule and came back on a Saturday morning to fix the issue. Will 100pct be my first call next time there is a plumbing issue at our house. Highly recommend!

Todd was great! Responsive, courteous, and did great work. Would definitely recommend!!

Super professional and very down to earth (able to explain things in lamo terms), also very reasonably priced.

The service from TMZ is always great! The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, and the price is reasonable.

Todd was great! He arrived at 10am. Everything was fixed in a timely manner.

I called TMZ Plumbing for service and they sent someone out the same day. The work performed by Charlie & Luke was excellent and they were nice & professional. I always cal TMZ for any plumbing repairs.

TMZ did a 10 foot deep sewer replacement for us. They pulled the permits and had the job done in a week.

Todd and his team were honest, and very professional.

He is now our go to plumber.

As a general construction company we've used Todd and TMZ Plumbing for over 10 years now, reliable quality work and a very fair price

Great service! Left message on Sunday not expecting a call back until Monday. Received a call within 5 minutes and set up an appointment for Monday. They identified the problem immediately and took care of the issue. I have used several times in the last few months.

Charlie arrives exactly on time and he is very professional and clearly communicative. This is the second time I have work done with Charlie and THE third with TMZ and they never disappoint me.

Friendly, prompt and professional. We have used TMZ Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs through the years - kitchen and shower faucets, toilets, garbage disposer, water heater, sump pump and pipe leaks. Always easy to schedule and available in an emergency. Highly recommend in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

We have been using TMZ for a long time and they have always been fast and reliable. They have done both inside and outside jobs in a very professional manner.

The absolute best! Charlie and Luke were professional, efficient and really nice too. Thats why I'm a repeat customer. TMZ has the best people doing the best work!

TMZ continually provides fast and excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone. Let's face it, no one wants to need a plumber but it's great knowing that when you call TMZ they'll be there quickly and the job will be done perfectly.

TMZ plumping came the same day when our kitchen sink became clogged. Todd was very knowledgeable about how to remedy the problem and was able to fix our garbage disposal in under and hour. Great service, would highly recommend!

I have used TMZ for many years for all my plumbing needs. Always reliable, competent, and fair pricing, It is nice to have a company you can trust.

Found TMZ Plumbing after another company failed to get back to me to schedule. TMZ was friendly, responsive, and quick to get us on the schedule. The work was completed timely and efficiently and the price even beat the competitor! Very satisfied! Will be saving TMZ Plumbing for my future plumbing needs! Definitely recommend!

Todd and his team were amazing. Knowledgable, excellent communication, kind, and honest. He was prompt, organized, and had fair pricing. He made you feel like you were one of the family. I would 100% recommend Todd and his team.

Really enjoy working with TMZ Plumbing in Plainfield. Todd and his Team are trustworthy and professional; they held to the quote, communicated with us consistently, and the work went quickly. They were patient working at my elderly Mom’’s townhouse and quickly pivoted when the unit needed to be down-sized due to an unusually tight workspace.

It pains me to leave this review, I don't like leaving negative reviews to family owned businesses, but where do I even begin with this nightmare?

I had TMZ Plumbing come out to repair a sump pump and replace the back up battery for our sump pump. Initially, I thought they had done well, everything was clean and seemed it was in working order. The back up battery was never replaced. They told me they would return to provide the back up battery, they never returned. Scheduled multiple times, no shows every single time.

Fast forward to a few weeks later, my entire basement was filled up with water, about up to my ankles. All my floors needed to be replaced. I reached out to figure out some resolution, they pretty much pointed the finger elsewhere.

Hiring TMZ Plumbing was one of the worst decisions I have made, I regret ever giving these guys my business.

Avoid at all costs.
