My dryer stopped working on Sunday afternoon and by Monday afternoon, it was fixed, thanks to Aslan! I called first thing that morning and they had a wonderful tech by the name of Habib out to help me that afternoon. Habib was so respectful of the area he was working in and of me. He is so knowledgeable!! The next time I have any issues with any appliances, they will be my first call! Habib- thank you for your professionalism!!! Five stars to the company and Habib!!!

I had a dryer crisis and called Aslan Appliance Repair. It was already middle of the afternoon and a technician was at my house before the end of the business day. The Technician was professional, courteous and efficient. I’m grateful I called and if I ever have another appliance issue, Aslan Appliance Repair will be my first call. - Thanks Again, The Blondins

Dimas did a great job fixing the dryer. Working for now. Hopefully we get a long life out of it.

Oleg was very helpful and kind. He fixed our washer and was very informative.

Update not good. After a third visit and second attempt to repair the unit, the very next day, while washing a load, the unit broke down again. This is not acceptable to say the least. As a result, we went that night and bought a new machine with the money intended for AsLan plus additional out of pocket.

Called them when my Maytag dryer stopped producing heat. The guy who came out was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue with a new thermostat. Great communication and fast turnaround.

Highly recommended! We got Constantine as our technician and he did great on the repair of our Samsung dishwasher. We will definitely use their services again. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

He did a great job. Diagnosed th dishwasher issue. We are ordering parts for that.

He diagnosed my washer issue. Swapped out pump issues and replaced those. He pointed out some additional issues that will need to be addressed in the near future.

He put everything back together and tested the machine successfully.

I called on a Saturday at 8:30, they said they could have a service technician out in 2hrs. That actually happened. Dimitri showed up as a true Professional. He was very competent, knew what he was doing. Provided an estimate, it was very reasonable for this service. Dimitri was an excellent technician and did a thorough cleaning and lubrication, also replaced the tension pulley. I was Very happy with there Professional approach to my repair. I would recommend them highly. Ask for Dimitri he was a great technician!

My refrigerator was making an odd noise. Dimitri diagnosed and repaired the problem which undoubtedly saved me $$$! I liked that I was given a two hour window for the arrival and the prompt arrival within that limit. Aslan offers Courteous, efficient and priced as expected services. I highly recommend this company.

The Maytag oven in our rental stopped heating properly. They came out same day, diagnosed a bad igniter, and replaced it. The tenants were happy, and so was I. Reliable service.

Alex is the best technician I ever had, came in same day on time, had parts with him, did the whole service to my Samsung fridge and made it cooling again like new!!! He took his time to make sure everything is done properly, super happy with him, hopefully nothing ever brakes but if something will I know who to call!;)

The technician, Dimas, was on time and workied efficiently. Unfortunately, the repair needed was more than the washer was worth, so we opted to purchase a new one. He spent a lot of time to diagnose the issue. Left the laundry room clean. I highly recommend using him.
