I live in Talamore Community Huntley . This company takes forever to come out and clear the driveways . So after a heavy snowfall expect it to be a struggle to get out of your driveway in the morning.

They don't pay when they say they would pay they have ppl cleaning snow for 12 hours and when it comes to getting our checks nobody wants to answer neither the company or any of the numbers on there website we can't seem to get a clear answer about our checks. We were supposed to get paid Friday and it's Monday now and still no answer and still no checks. They have ppl running back and forth going from currency exchange to currency exchange and nothing.. this is so disappointing more then 15 ppl have been waiting for an answer about this and nobody has gotten a call back or anything. Thanks to accers my Christmas for my kids and my family has been a total disaster missing over 450$ witch I was going to use for the rest of my kids Christmas presents....disappointing we might not work for them again because this is crazy.

Excellent work. I wish the maintained the property at the Sheffield Towne Association. We use patino's landscaping and they the worst.

I live in Georgetown west and they have done an absolutely horrible job here on 1/13/24. They actually made it nearly impossible ti get out of your parking spaces when before they came it was completely passable.

This was the best landscapers ever, until they merged with Yellowstone. I live in a condo where they take care of all of the groundskeeping. The grass is full of weeds, it's mowed infrequently and poorly. They miss areas and don't trim around things. When snow comes they are terrible. Acres was on the ball. They would get there early, clean up as much as they could and then come back when everyone was at work and clean up with the bobcat. Now, they come late, after all the snow falls, never come back to clean up, and leave patches of ice in the parking lot and on the sidewalks. I would not renew your contract if it was up to me!

We are temporarily living in a townhouse in Arlington heights and Yellowstone does the mowing. I would NEVER EVER hire these people. They basically pretend to work. They said they were trimming trees and cut 2 tiny little branches I could have seriously used my pruning shears to do it.

They trimmed hedges last week here. They left some hangers so I pulled em and put them by the road. They came today and mowed over the dead stuff and left sticks in my area instead of picking them up like they SHOULD HAVE DONE LAST WEEK.

We own multiple properties (planning to move soon just waiting on contractors to get done at a different home) and I hire (and PAY) landscapers for some of those locations. Let me tell you, these Yellowstone people are not fit to be in business. My 13 year old would do a better job. They should be fired by the HOA but this HOA is ridiculous and "managed" by idiots who are not spending their own money so they don't care one bit. (Example: the HOA hasn't sealcoated our driveways in FOUR years. Can't wait to never return to this temporary situation. It makes me physically ill to live in a place and watch all that money go to waste )
