I’m not a customer. But trying to have an understanding why I’m being woken up at 6:30am by this company in Chicago IL of them using the leaf/grass blower. City of chicago noise ordinance for mowing and construction is 8am-7pm. My home is next to the commercial building they’re providing lawn services for. It’s just unacceptable and rude given the time. Especially when the company itself is saying their “closed” on the website, yet here are their employees waking everyone up in the block at 6:30am

I’m in a store parking lot getting into my car and this guy with a leaf blower blows dirt and leaves directly at me when I ask him. What is his problem no English no English. SMH

This company destroyed 6 of our solar lights, shredded a corner of our flowerbed, and continues to add to the damage they do to our unit week after week.

O.K. I did that.
And when I spoke to the management, I was advised that Yellowstone Landscaping told them that I was "threatening extortion" if they don't pay for their damage. Yes, EXTORTION!!!
That's what they falsely claimed. Furthermore, they lied about the damage. This damage happened 3 weeks in a row, not just one single occurrence.
It is bad when a company is consistently negligent.
It is OUTRAGEOUS when a company resorts to lies and false accusations to cover up their damage.
And looking at the many, many other similar ratings who also claim this company damaged other properties, it becomes very clear that this is has been a problem for years which concludes:
DO NOT HIRE this company.

Customer service is lacking. The lady on the phone is extremely rude

Worked hard was able to fix it without addtonal parts. Alway feel they sell you stuff you dont need. Aslan certainly did not. A honest man, i will use him again

Bob O. did a great job figuring out what was wrong with my dishwasher, and fixing it in short order. I appreciate that he clearly explained what he’d found and what he planned to do. He also made sure that my other appliances (of varying ages) were properly maintained. Great same -day service.

John came to fix our ovens and took his time to go through diagnostics and explain the process. He was a thorough professional.

Yes, you can self repair and watch endless videos and buy all kinds of parts until the jackpot hits but the level of frustration and trips to laundromat while you wait for the next part will exceed the perceived savings. We tried one part and decided to call for help. Aslan came same day and fixed it on the same day. The tech, Andrii, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Within minutes he identified the problem and repaired. The cost was not half the cost of appliance as we’ve experienced in the past. We highly recommend the service.

I’m very impressed with Aslan appliance repair company. They scheduled me quickly, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had the parts ready to fix my refrigerator the same day. The technician was polite and explained everything clearly. I will definitely use them again!!!

Our Thermador cooktop suddenly wouldn’t ignite on two burners. The technician cleaned the igniters, replaced one of them, and tested everything before leaving. Quick, clean, and reasonably priced.

Oleg Ts was really nice and very professional. He answered all the questions I had with the problems of my washer and did the repair quickly and neatly.

We always use Aslan for our dryer repairs. They are reliable and do same day repairs. Dimas was here today and he was very professional and effecient. Dryer is working like a charm now.

My washer suddenly stopped working over the weekend and got in touch with Aslan hoping someone would be available soon. I got a response promptly and confirmed availability for today (next day). Dimas came to take a look at my washer during the timeframe I booked. I was concerned it would take a long time or be a multiple day job to fix but he was able to fix it quickly. Dimas was very polite and friendly. He told us exactly what the problem was and made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns when the job was done.

Had an issue with my Bosch dishwasher not cleaning properly. They came out, cleaned the filters, recalibrated it, and even gave me a few maintenance tips to prevent it from happening again. Excellent service — I’d definitely use them again.

Our GE oven wouldn’t stay on. It kept shutting off mid-bake. The tech checked all the wiring and replaced a faulty safety switch. He was polite, neat, and didn’t leave any mess behind. Definitely using them again.
