Well let me tell you. A week ago Vitto came out and set me up with a maintenance agreement to take care of my air conditioner, furnace, and hot water heater. He serviced my air conditioner and checked the others. He will come back in the fall. Everything is working great. He was very polite, efficient and all around did a great job. Today I had Josh and Joey to clean my ducts. I have lived in this house for 25 years and had never had them cleaned. They were quite dirty. Josh and Joey were both very professional and knowledgeable about their work. I will be looking forward to doing business with the GNV Heating and Air group again. Way to go boys!!!!

Greg was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a language that I understood. The repair was made in less time than I expected. Greg left the area spotless as if Noone had even been there. Very impressed.

Greg is a God Send! Our furnace played the old, Refusing To Turn On After Being Off All Summer, prank and we were stuck in a sudden freeze with no heat! GNV Techs arrived right on time and were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They carefully moved any furniture needed to access the vents and placed tarps to protect the work areas. When the job was complete, they cleaned everything up and returned the furniture to its original place. I would highly recommend their team!

We recently had a pipe burst, and the HVAC was part of the damage to our basement. We worked with GNV Heating & Air, and the entire service experience was absolutely fantastic. They arrived quickly, they gave me a clear easy assessment, then went to work with amazing efficiency and thorough follow-through. We've found our go-to service provider hands down. Our old water heater suddenly stopped working on a Saturday morning, and they were there promptly in the afternoon. On the phone, we met Jodi, who was incredibly nice and friendly. Scott arrived and was equally impressive – professional to a fault, with an unmistakable air of honesty. He confirmed our suspicions that a new water heater was the best option and gave us a fair quote. The next day, on a Sunday, he returned to install the new unit and remove the old one without any fuss. Before we knew it, he'd finished up and everything was working as promised – not a mess in sight. We're eternally grateful for RJS's timely intervention.

We've had RJS Heating & Cooling fix two issues at our home. The first time, they replaced our water heater and built new exhaust ducting - thanks to Scott and Bob. After a power outage caused by the derecho storms, we needed help with the air conditioning again. Scott came out the next day, diagnosed the problem as a faulty blower motor, and fixed it. Everything's working great now.

We needed a new AC, so I submitted an online request and got a call back the same day. Scott arrived the next day to provide a quote, which we were able to schedule in just one day. Robert and Ray, the techs, showed up on time and conducted themselves professionally. They took care to navigate around the new plants surrounding the AC unit without damaging them. The job was done efficiently, with everything left tidy afterwards. We're very pleased with our experience and the new AC.
