We had a new HVAC system installed from Comforter Pride Services.
From the initial quote that the owner Pete gave me to the final instalation the process was seamless. The installers (Pete's brother and crew were on time. The installation went well Pete's brother answered all my questions and made sure the system is working and the place cleaned up. Highly recommended .

I highly recommend Comfort Pride for their expertise in maintaining my HVAC unit.
Also their friendliness and patience as I learned my new/modern HVAC thermostat.

Julio was running late, w/ a job he was doing, he called & notified me. Work was furnace (maintenance)--- excellent! I was very satisfied, priced reasonably, thanks again.

Bryan, the CPS tech, showed up right on time. I have two furnaces and he was quick and efficient. Also found an issue with a capacitor on one. I could have let it go, for now, but decided too have the weak part replaced. This winter will be harsh, I think! Very happy with Comfort Pride.

Team, that will not let you down when you need the heating and cooling system to be installed in your house. The most important thing is that you can trust them when they share advice and suggestions on issues you may not necessarily know much about.

I recently had Comfort Pride Services install a new AC unit in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, their team was professional and courteous, taking the time to explain all my options and answer my questions.

What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently the installation was completed. The technicians arrived right on time, worked diligently, and had my new AC unit up and running much sooner than I expected. They were careful to keep the work area clean and made sure everything was tested before they left.

Pete and Mitch did an excellent job replacing my boiler(hydronic system). They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the agreed upon price. Actually finished a little sooner than they estimated. Happy with their work and would recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Comfort Pride Services. Our air conditioning unit was left without any service, and the company's lack of response has been incredibly frustrating.

Unprofessionalism: The maintenance technician who came to service our unit ended up damaging it further, leaving us with a malfunctioning AC. As a result, we've been breathing in dust for weeks, which is unacceptable.

Lack of Communication: I reached out to the manager for assistance, and despite promising to come and help five times, he has yet to show up. It has now been a whole month without any resolution.

Customer Treatment: This level of service is disrespectful. Is this how you treat your customers? I am very disappointed and will never recommend Comfort Pride Services to anyone.

Overall, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I urge others to consider this before choosing their services.

Pete by far the best there is always willing to help tries to trouble shoot over the phone, if possible, just wants to do the right thing which is hard to find now a-days. Does not have an issue explaining, taking pictures and videos of the issue so you feel comfortable with knowing what is happening. 100% recommend Comfort Pride and Pete I personally will not use anyone else.

Pete provided excellent service, arriving right away and quickly diagnosing the problem. He was clearly knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. I highly recommend him for any future HVAC needs.

Pete was awesome! He came out to our house quickly, dignosed the problem, and fixed it all in the same visit. He explained everything and even had my son take video while he explained how to drain and fill our boiler system. He is our new go-to HVAC guy!

My wife coordinated Comfort Pride Services to do a maintenance on our HVAC. One of their techs was working on our neighbors HVAC, so she called to make an appointment, and because they were in the area, they squeezed us in. Julio, the teach, was great. He was knowledgeable, and friendly. This company also has very good rates, and we didn't feel overcharged. Julio also serviced our humidifier, changed out the filter and cleaned out the humidifier pipes. We will definitely use them again for any AC/HVAC work.
