I had my furnace and AC replaced together using Comfort Pride Services. I was very pleased with how thorough Pete was with his consultation. It wasn't just about tossing in a new furnace and AC - he identified issues with my water tank flue that were only visible and accessible from behind the furnace, once it was removed, and addressed them while they had the space open. During install, Pete, Mitch and his team re-routed the gas and condensation lines behind the unit, instead of in front of it - farther than they may have needed to - because I was concerned with clearance in front of the unit, which is where my old unit had them running. The attention to, and follow through on, these kinds of details and the willingness to accommodate them was greatly appreciated, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for very high quality work - especially if you're a homeowner looking to stay in your home for a while.

EDIT: If I could leave another 5 stars, I would - I just had a follow up appointment scheduled for my new AC unit, which needed some final installation checks that couldn't be done in November weather. Pete went out of his way to stop by a day early, and make sure he got it up and running, and that every metric was right where it needed to be.
