I had my ac and furnace installed last year. I was so impressed! This year my ac wasn't working right. Anthony was so kind and professional. He sent out Brett who diagnosed the problem and Joe who fixed it. He of course honored the warranty and charged me nothing. It's hard to find companies that are upstanding, especially in the HVAC industry, but Anthony is awesome. His crews are on time, and so professional. I would highly recommend using this company!

We had our furnace and A/C units replaced on March, 2021. The furnace seems having this whistling sound so we requested a warranty service two weeks ago. The technician, Bob McCarthy detected an issue right away, ordered new parts and completed installation smoothly. Now our furnace is running quieter and we can enjoy much quiet home now. Thank you Bob and good job! We're truly appreciated the quality and the timely services provided by Bloomingdale Heating and Air Conditioning.

I am so very impressed with Bloomingdale Heating and Air. This was my first experience with them and they won me over.

It's one of the hottest days on record (100 degree and heat index of 114) and my AC goes out. I called them around 1:00p, they told me a technician was in the area and could be at the house between 2p and 4p. I requested they call me when they are 10 minutes out and I would meet them at my home. Right at 2p I received a call from Enrique and he was at my home by the time I got there.

Enrique was friendly and very professional. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and had the parts replaced and up and running in under 30 minutes.

Thank you to Enrique and Bloomingdale Heating and Air for coming to our rescue on such a hot and miserable day.

I had an issue with my furnace on a Friday and called Bloomingdale Heating and they were able to get a tech out to my house right away and get my heat fixed immediately. I called several other companies and was quoted some very steep prices for what i believed to be a routine fix. Anthony the owner was very attentive to my needs and got his team on the job right away. His staff of Amanda, Gina, and Angel were great to work with and provided me with world class service. If you are looking for a company that is not going to take advantage of you on pricing and provide great customer service look nowhere else, Bloomingdale Heating is definitely worth the call! I'll do all of my Heating and Air with them moving forward!

I was going to leave a simple one-star review to express my frustration with this pathetic excuse for a company. But after the owner had the audacity to call me and threaten to withhold service just because I left them one-star, I felt the need to warn others. I believe this was the fifth time they sent someone out to "fix" my supposedly new heating system. If you actually want heat in the winter, stay far away from this business. And if you do end up using them, keep your mouth shut, or they'll threaten to punish you for speaking the truth.

Enrique is by far the best employee this company has - he came to assist with an AC issue for half of our home. He went above and beyond for nearly 3 hours to address the issue, re-wire, and everything else to get our air up and running. 10 Stars and would never recommend another HVAC company.

I am a current customer of 20+ years. My review of this company is a longtime coming. Forgive me for not contributing my past experiences. 20+ years should speak in and of itself. Great company that services all my HVAC needs. Responsive to emergency calls and their maintenance service is a product that every homeowner should not be without.

We had Pete From Bloomingdale heating and air come by and he gave us a great deal. Bloomingdale's price was the lowest in the area and they had exactly the unit we wanted.. The other companies were much more and did not have the inventory of units.. We got a great AC system that same week and it works GREAT.. The installers name was Angel.. He was good too..

Have used Bloomingdale HVAC for the last 2 years. Extremely happy with their services including becoming a maintenance program member. Enrique whom is our tech is always diligent, informing, and professional. Would highly recommend Bloomingdale HVAV services to anyone who is looking for good quality services.

My furnace stopped working on a Sunday of all days, and I thought I was SOL to find a day-of service tech to come out without paying an arm and a leg. Bloomingdale H&A had a tech to my house within a couple of hours and it was the save service charge as if I needed someone on a weekday. The service tech Enrique was terrific and diagnosed the problem and suggested the correct course of action to get the house functioning again. The next time I need HVAC work done, they'll be getting my call again. Check your mail for flyers too because they circulate coupons in those value saver envelopes.

Bloomingdale HVAC installed my new AC and Furnace. It was a great experience. Competitive price. Peter Wakley was very helpful during estimate, explained everything, answered all questions, even supervised the day of installation. Installation team lead by Angel. Assisted by Nick and Jordan. Whole crew was amazing. They focused on every single details and concerns. Very Happy with their work. Highly recommend.

During the polar vortex my heat was out and I was freezing. I called AirMax Heating & Cooling and they came out within an hour. The repairs needed were done quickly and the cost was something I could afford.

In this day and age, it is hard to find honesty and knowledge. Mike and his team are the only ones i trust with my heating and cooling needs. I have been a satisfied and loyal customer for over 15 years. You will be very happy with the service you receive.

Airmax came out to check a gas leak on a stove. They told me there was no leak and charged me $220. I had Nicor out and they confirmed there was a leak. I had to have another company out and they actually repaired the issue. When I reached out to airmax about it they did not reply.

I gave Mike the business to do the air conditioning and heating which they did in 10 minutes. They sent a young man who was very polite but very young and unexperienced he did not vacuum or clean the heater only used his hands to wipe it and took only 5 minutes outside to check the air compressor not doing everything only to charge me $200. Then they looked at my water heater and said it was a little problem! no problem to fixed by the next day at 4 o'clock still did not help and respond to me for another 12 hours to only let me know that they're gonna try to find parts for it. I explained to Mike that my whole family has not been able to take a shower for 3 days and I was in urgent need for it right away. They wanted to charge me almost $400 for a water heater part that only costs $45.00 just to fix the pilot light which they pull apart when they left. After the 2nd day they told me that they can replace the water heater for $1600 Dollars. which the actual price for that water heater installed by a Credible plumber only costs under $1200. The gentleman Mike the businessman had only bad news to talk about with me about how hes a businessman and with other jobs to worry about not my job. I explained to him I thought 400.oo for a part to fix a old water heater was to much. So he gave me an alternative to buy a new water heater to charge me $1600 when almost all the plumbers were costing $1200. I could go on but, I suppose you get the point! I will never use these people or refer them to anybody.

Air conditioner went out late last night, called AirMax first thing in the morning, talked with Cheri who was extremely helpful, she sent somebody out right away. We ended up needing a new HVAC system, which was installed quickly, just in time for this week's heatwave!! Thank-You AirMax for an exceptional experience, very well appreciated.

Contacted AirMax after my A/C went out. Customer service was super helpful and sent out a tech immediately. It was determined that I needed a new unit. I went ahead and decided to replace my furnace as well. Couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Professional, price and quality was spot on, turn around was super quick.
