Phenomenal Service from Tony & Nick at MAS Plumbing!

I had the pleasure of working with Tony and Nick from MAS Plumbing today, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They were polite, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable—true masters of their craft. In today’s economy, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable.

My floor drain, which is not easily accessible, was clogged again—just three months after Roto-Rooter had supposedly fixed it. When Roto-Rooter came back today, the technician explained that he needed access to the main water line to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, my old townhome doesn’t have outside access, and their solution was to dig up my front yard and install one—for over $5,000. No thank you!

Enter Tony from MAS Plumbing. Not only did he access and clear the floor drain, but he also offered a smart alternative: installing an access line in my powder room. I braced myself for a hefty price tag, but to my surprise, the cost was more than reasonable. I had the work done on the spot, and now I have easy access for any future issues.

Tony was thorough, pleasant, and kept me informed every step of the way. After finishing the job, he explained what he found and gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from recurring. Nick was equally professional and helpful throughout the proc ess.

And let’s not forget Barb, who took my intake info—she was so warm and friendly, it felt like chatting with an old friend.

They don’t charge you for a quote. Others want to come to your house to quote, and if you think the price is too high and decline, you have to pay $92.00.

I had a great experience with Mas Plumbing. I called to ask about getting a quote for my water heater and backup pump, and the team was extremely responsive. They had Jason in the area and were able to send him out within the hour. Jason was very professional and respectful during the visit. He took the time to inspect the water heater, explain what he found, and walk me through a few options. I really appreciated the prompt service, clear communication, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Mas Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.

MAS plumbing was suggested to me by Leak Defence, the leak detection systems I chose to have installed. Eric, from MAS came out and assessed my system and was also the same tech to install the system for me. He was awesome. The installation was quick and everything works amazing. I am going to have them install the plumbing for a new bathroom in the basement this spring when I have the basement finished! I highly recommend them!

Being somewhat handy, I started a faucet installation, but stopped when the shutoff valve to the hot side would not turn the water completely off. I called MAS plumbing and got an appointment for the next day. Carl repaired the leaking shutoff valve and installed the faucet. He was very polite, congenial, and professional.

I called these guys after a terrible experience with a previous plumber. MAS came within the hour, did a fabulous job and charged me half what the other plumber wanted for the exact same job. Zach was efficient and went above and beyond to help me get the best flow possible out of my new faucet after replacing three valves in record time! Give these guys a call!

My fire alarm by ejector pump went off so i called your company. Name of the associate from your company was Carl. Very respectful and intelligent. He properly diagnosed and made conclusion that sump pump & ejector pump are working fine. It could be electrical malfunction of fire alarm.

MAS was able to provide a estimate based on the on line chat and pictures submitted. Technician arrived on time. Confirmed service required and charges. Explained there would be additional charge for parts. Work completed in an efficient manner. Tech (Zach) showed components that needed replacement.
Area was cleaned upon completion. Would use in the futute.

I can’t say that I reached out for multiple offers to get a water heater replaced but wow, I am blown away by MAS Plumbing services. Our water heater stopped working and began leaking. It was confirmed by a few that it was going to need replacement. Their price was more than fair and quite shockingly lower compared to the other quote I’ve gotten. We got Tony to come out next morning with a text on ETA. He worked for almost 4 hours for install and new piping to accommodate the larger tank (our previous one was wrapped in insulation while the new tank has insulation built in). He worked around my children and answered their many questions, took great care with the mess we had surrounding the tank, and answered our own many questions patiently. I HIGHLY recommend MAS Plumbing and Tony!

We had an issue with backup the weekend after Halloween and MAS Plumbing promptly answered my call on a Saturday and had a plumber over within a few hours. Jason was professional and friendly and got to the root (haha 🫣) of the issue quickly. He even let my kids check out the insides of our pipes through the camera! He finished quickly and stayed extra so I could run the washing machine with the peace of mind that all issues were resolved. Very appreciative of Jason and will definitely be recommending him to my friends and neighbors in the future. *Pricing was excellent compared to other quotes we had in the past AND they did not have emergency pricing on the weekend.

MAS Plumbing, Tom and Mike, came out for a day’s worth of plumbing work items, including installing 3 new toilets, adjustment of one toilet, installation of a kitchen faucet, installation of slightly oversized and “difficult” garbage disposal unit, installation of a new shower head and a few more items.

They were prompt and courteous on this cold and windy morning, did an outstanding job, and made recommendations for waiting on a couple of items and others for consideration in the future. I recently experienced a plumbing emergency where we called another company and 18 hours after our emergency call, they still couldn't tell us when someone would be able to come, I quickly found Mas, and the service provided was outstanding! The kind lady who answered the call responded incredibly fast, and Frank and Casper arrived within 30 minutes ready to work. They handled the situation thoroughly, ensuring every detail was addressed and the issue was completely resolved. Their professionalism was evident throughout the process—they communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and in perfect order. Blind called MAS Plumbing 1/19/26 for a sewer backup. They were able to get someone out same day, and in fact within 2 hours.

Nick and Matt were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the location of the blockage quickly and accurately, and went the extra mile to ensure the sewer line was clear in front of and beyond the point of blockage.

All of this at a reasonable and on short notice.

MAS Plumbing is great! I would recommend them. My hot water heater went out 2 days before Thanksgiving and they were able to get my hot water heater installed the day before Thanksgiving! They made sure i had ordered the proper size for my installation and even told me to call once my water heater was delivered so if they could move my appointment up earlier they would! They are very accommodating and affordable! Staff is very friendly, takes time with their customers, and the workers are great also! This was my 1st time using them and I plan on using them again! MAS Plumbing deserves more than the 5 stars I can give. We had frozen pipes which burst and we called MAS Plumbing immediately knowing we would be in good hands since we have worked with them multiple times in the past. Tyler was out to us within 20min of calling. He did a WONDERFUL job, explained everything to us in detail, and couldn’t be more professional. Price was fair, especially when needing a plumber at 6:30pm. Barb in the office is the BEST.

This was a fantastic experience, from the first phone call to the finished installation. Everyone was wonderful to work with. They worked with me, adjusted their work to my needs and schedule, and did an absolutely fantastic job. I couldn't be happier than I am with this process and the the work that MAS Plumbing did. I have nothing but good things to say about MAS plumbing. My initial call was after work, for a slow drain on my kitchen sink, I had a little bit of a slow drain throughout the week, and I thought I had time before things totally clogged up, so I scheduled my visit for the weekend (WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS SUCH A HARD THING TO FIND). I was told that MAS could have someone come out and perform an inspection and I signed up. I tried to see if I could fix the issue myself using a hand crank drain snake, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Low and behold, later that night my sink and dishwasher totally backed up, and I knew I needed help ASAP.

I called MAS the same day at 9 p.m. and got a hold of their afterhours answering service, who let me know they would forward my call to the office to be addressed the next day. To my surprise, Carl called me back the same night! He offered to come out at 9 p.m. but let me know that since it wasn't really an emergency, he'd recommend that I just wait until the next day. He let me know that they could definitely get me in for the next day, and that he would probably be the one to come out and assist.

Without Carl I wouldn't have been able to sleep, just getting a call back from Carl letting me know that MAS plumbing could be out the next day helped me rest easy.

Carl came out the next day, and KILLED IT. Super kind, professional, skilled and also charismatic. He got the pro-sized snake out and got the job done in less than a couple hours. I could tell he really cared about the client experience, and he was super focused on getting the job done. Carl also went above and beyond and took a look at my drain line set-up so that I could ensure that it was pitched correctly.

I can't recommend MAS enough. The customer service was excellent from start to slightly panicked late-night moment, all the way to when Carl came and won me over as a client for likely the rest of my time in this house.

I'm so happy I found this Company, and Carl made me a client of MAS for life!
