I highly recommend Comfort Pride Services. Mitch who worked on my furnace was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. He cared about my concerns and answered all of my questions. In addition, I want to recognize Pete who I initially called. He ensured a quick technician response to my house within an hour. I was very impressed as a customer!

I was interested in getting my furnace serviced prior to winter, a quick google search revealed multiple companies. I decided to go with comfort pride as they were a small local company in my area and when I questioned what they do for a service tuneup. They gave a a very thorough explanation and steps that they take.

Personally I enjoyed the experience and detail that they gave.

The service technician Julio arrived promptly and early. Respected the floors and was very professional. He made sure to walk me thru the steps he was taking along with the reasons behind why he was doing what he was doing. A very professional technician and one that I would gladly have working on my hvac or furnace again.

Great company to work with! Pete as well as any of the techs I have met are very skilled, well trained and very polite and professional. Pricing is very fair and honest. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a very reliable and professional HVAC company. Don't go anywhere else!

Pete is amazing, he deserves every 5 star review he gets…and that’s a lot of them! He came out to try to fix something he was pretty sure wasn’t possible to fix but lo and behold, he did! He will send someone out or come himself to check on it tomorrow to make sure it working properly I can pay at that time. It’s hard to find honorable and thorough electricians these days so you can feel comfortable using this company for any service they offer.

Pete and his crew did a fantastic job and saved my mom a bunch of money! My mom's furnace went out on a cold, cold day. So she called a BIG heating company (with all the TV commercials). They promptly sent out their slickest salesman who said her heater was going to kill her with carbon monoxide and sold her a new heater, and air conditioner to boot. Once we kids found out we called Comfort Pride Services and Pete came out, gave a fair price on a new furnace, and said mom probably didn't need an air conditioner (definitely not an emergency air conditioner) and said he could come back in the spring to reassess cooling needs.
Pete's crew came out the next day to install the furnace. They did a great job, clean fast efficient, nice and professional crew members. We were able to cancel the BIG bill and Comfort Price Services saved the family almost $10,000. The new furnace is working great and mom loves the new, simple thermostat.

The entire team is A+ here. This job was no "small task". As you can see in the photos we needed a crane, custom curb adapter, etc. to get the combined heat/air unit onto the roof of my condo. They handled it with excellence and were super quick too! They returned the next day to fine tune and everything is working perfectly. They weren't the cheapest, but they were the most knowledgeable and honest and there is a cost that comes with that consumers often overlook. I've find my new HVAC company - for all routine maintenance too. Huge kudos - keep up the great work

They truly saved the day when my parents' furnace went out during Thanksgiving—they were quick to respond and incredibly professional during a holiday. Last week I woke to the smell of burning plastic and no heat. After ensuring that the house wasn’t on fire, I called Comfort Pride Services. Pete sent Julio out the same day to assess the problem.
Turns out the control board fried and took out the blower motor. So, we needed a new furnace.
Pete was able to install a new system that met our needs and budget the next day.
Julio and Mish arrived bright and early. They quickly, efficiently and respectfully installed the new furnace. Pete even stopped by to check the status of the installation.
Before leaving, the work area was cleaned and the team ensured that the system was working properly.

Victor and his team have been very helpful for my parents with their HVAC needs. Reasonably priced, well communicative, and hard-working employees. Somewhat recently, they got a new system furnace and air conditioner. Everything was installed well and the equipment has been running great since installation 4 years ago.

GNV was used by my condominium association and I trusted them to change my Air Conditioning unit. They have competitive pricing and are very knowledgeable. They were great to work with. I found other companies I had inspect my unit not even be able to find which AC belonged to my unit on the roof top. So I would definitely recommend GNV if you live in a condo as well. So far I’ve had no issues!

After buying a house built in the 50s, we needed a new boiler, water heater and had no AC. GNV gave us multiple options and worked with us to get a solution where we could keep radiant heat with a new boiler and install ductwork for AC which was minimally invasive on the house. It was a pleasure to work with the GNV guys and we are very happy with the install/systems they provided. We would highly recommend them to anyone who need heating/cooling services.

Have had several really good experiences with GNV. Had heating ducts cleaned and an ionizer installed on the furnace, and dryer vent cleaned. They solved an ongoing issue with my hot water heater, as well. The entire team is professional, pleasant, courteous, punctual, and they always clean up really well after the job is complete. An excellent company!
