I’ve used Molly Maid before, and I was happy to have them back again! They always do an amazing job, and this time was no different. I have a small dog who sheds a lot, and they managed to get every bit of fur out off my floors and furniture.

The team was friendly, professional, and super thorough. My home looks and smells so fresh, and it’s such a relief knowing I can count on them for a deep, detailed clean. Scheduling was easy, and they were on time. Can’t wait to have them back in a couple weeks!

I hired Molly Maid for a move-in ready cleaning and was disappointed with the results given the high cost. I made it clear that my main concern was the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets and drawers, yet they were only wiped down with soap and water. After moving in, I found the floors still dirty even after mopping, and I had to clean and scrape the cabinets myself due to the amount of buildup left behind. For the price, I expected a thorough and professional deep clean, but unfortunately the service did not meet that standard.

We had our whole home cleaned by Silvia and Julissa (Team 4) and they were fantastic! Very thorough yet efficient and super friendly. They arrived within the two hour window and made sure everything was to our liking before leaving. Thank you!

Total game-changer for us! With three little ones and two working parents, our home was bit of a disaster zone. Molly Maid came through and left our place sparkling. They were super accommodating and efficient making life so much easier for us. If your busy household needs a cleaning hero, these are the folks to call. Our family gives them huge thumbs up!

We just moved into a new house and of course there’s a ton of things that get missed between moving out and moving in but they got it all looking great. And also in a good time frame. Would definitely look at hiring them as regular cleaners for us.

I am writing this review because I was very disappointed in the service I had today. We hired them for deep cleaning/moving out (cost us $400 including tips) to prepare my condo for open houses. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo, maybe 1,400 sq ft. I moved all the stuffs, so my condo was empty and easy to clean. Two ladies came in the morning and checked the condition and said it would take 2 or 2 and half hours since the condition is not bad. After 2 hours, the lady called me and I went to check my condo and was so disappointed. Where should I start… First, Kitchen cabinet. I wish they would clean the surface and maybe remove some greasy spots near stove and microwave, but I did not see any difference from before. So I asked them even if they cleaned the surface, they said they did, but I could literally see the dust and when I touched the surface, dust was on my hands. The knobs looked exactly the same condtion, so I wiped them with a regular wipe after they left, it came out in a couple of rubs.. That means that they did not even touch the knobs, but told me they CLEANED and CLEANED. Another amazing thing was that whenever I asked something or said some comments, they started to talk in their language and laughed at me or my comments. And just said yes yes we cleaned and looked at each other and laughed. I felt NOT GOOD at all from their attitude.
Similar situation in the refrigerator. Most places were clean, but there was something at the edges, I was expecting them to clean those spots and the surface, but they looked similar from before and of course they said they cleaned. But please check the photo, it does NOT look like they cleaned. Then the floor.. I have a wood floor for the living room and kitchen, and carpet in the bedrooms. I know how it feels after vacuuming and mopping on the hard floor. When I got into my condo after cleaning, it did not feel like a clean floor and I could see big dust here and there… and they were wearing outdoor shoes (I take off my shoes when I get into my home). Window on my balcony. I asked them to clean the windows when I had a call with the company for scheduling the service, they said they will, but of course, they did not and untouched the bottom of the window, so it was full of dust there, I told them I understand you guys do not want to wipe the window now since all cleaning stuffs were packed, but please at least wipe the dust for me. There are more areas I would like to point out, but I will stop here for the sake of my time.

My condo was not dirty, just needed some professional cleaning in some areas/spots, but what I got was just regular cleaning you could do on your own in 1-2 hours on the weekend. I would do that if I am not 7 months pregnant. It was NOT deep cleaning, it was NOT professional cleaning at all. Definitely not worth $400. I will never ever use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.

We hired Molly Maid to do a deep clean of our home and couldn't be happier with their service. They did a free in-home estimate which gave us the opportunity to determine all the services we needed and to ask questions. The two-person crew was efficient and thorough while being mindful of our property and personal items. They saved us a lot of time on and gave us great peace of mind. Money well spent!

Molly Maids was very accommodating since my first appointment had to be cancelled due to a power outage. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The cleaning crew they sent were very courageous and professional and did an excellent job cleaning a home that really needed cleaning. They did a fantastic job.

Jossilyn and Angela (I hope I’m spelling their names correctly) are a wonderful team and we feel very fortunate that they clean our home regularly. Not only are they both extremely sweet, but they are also very efficient and use their time well. I have been amazed how often within just two to five minutes of their arrival they get to work, and that is not an exaggeration! They have a particular system that enables them to accomplish the cleaning quickly, but most important, thoroughly. And if there is something I need a little extra help with (within reason) they’ve always been kind enough to do that as well. It seems to me they are already talented and hard working themselves, but they are also very well trained - so it’s a heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the whole company, too!

They are the absolute best in the Chicago land area! Patricia & Blanca were so good and nice! My dogs love them as well! If you want the best, call Molly Maids!

Our family has been using Molly Maid of Chicago North Shore for over a year now and they’ve easily been the best decision we’ve made.

They’re professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Communication is clear, scheduling is smooth, and we really appreciate how efficient they are. We’ve tried other cleaning services before, and this is the only one that’s stuck.

Sandra and Dayanara from Molly Maid came to our office to clean and sanitize our place after a leak from the water pipe from the residents upstairs. Both of them cleaned our place without disturbing the office staff and operations. Our place was incredibly clean and left a fresh fragrant smell. I was very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.
