My Molly Maid team is fantastic. They are always professional, efficient, and do a great job. They’ll even do special jobs if I request them. Sally and Jackie in the office who do the scheduling are always so accommodating and kind too. I’ve used Molly Maids for about 10 years, and I highly recommend them.

We just had our 2-bedroom 2-bath condo cleaned yesterday by Team 6/Josselinn and Silvia and they did a fantastic job! They are such hard workers, they were very focused and cleaned the entire time. They were prompt as well as courteous and friendly. The condo required a deep cleaning due to health issues preventing it over the past few years, but they were very thorough and through their efforts they got things back on track in our home. We are really pleased and will continue to use their services. Also, both Jackie, the Field Manager, and Naomi, their supervisor, have been so helpful, extremely professional from start to finish. They have been consistently responsive and we feel comfortable that they will be great at communication going forward. I do wish their pricing structure was more clear. They tell you the range and the minimum hours. In my case, they were in and out at the minimum hour level, so I thought I’d be charged on the lower end of of the range, but because it was 3 cleaners and not 2, I was charged mid-range.

Just poor transparency. Cleaning was great and professional though.

The cleaning team are very friendly, respectful, and do a great job. The office management is also very communicative. I like that they always try as much as possible to keep you with the same team every cleaning, so that they really get to know you and how you like your home cleaned. Molly Maids has been great!

The ladies did a superb job cleaning my house, which was very dusty from all the home improvement projects that I've been doing and all the cleaning that I've been putting off. They were very polite, courteous, and professional. They left the house spotless and shiny. And they left no stone unturned. They even cleaned my coffee maker which I wasn't expecting at all!

Molly Maid did such an incredible job cleaning out the property. This house was absolutely filthy and it’s literally spotless. They cleaned everything so nice and it doesn’t smell anymore.
