My family had a sweet old dog. In her late life she was struggling and had lots of accidents. After she passed away we wanted to get rid of the carpets in the living room and the bedrooms because they were stained, very dirty and smelly. I‘ve had heard about Nici Carpet Cleaning and called them to see if they could do anything about the carpets. Surprisingly, they cleaned and took all the stains off of the carpets and they looked amazing, smelled fresh - just like new.

I contacted Nici Carpet cleaning for two services. I had some water flooding and called Nici for services. They were able to come pretty quickly and remove water and moisture from the basement. At the same time they also did and rug cleaning and got some tough stains our. They are very responsive, friendly and care for their customers.

I would especially like to recognize Nici and his co-worker for the obvious care they gave my carpet this week - all my spots came out, I feel they gave the job everything they had.

My carpets still smell like dog urine. Do not use this company especially if you have pets. The cleaning was surface level at best. The receptionist was very nice and offered a compassionate listening ear but no solutions and no money back after the poor service. I do a much better job myself. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I called to get a carpet cleaning done on a new unit I had purchased. A reschedule was needed due to some unfortunate circumstances on their end, but they communicated very professionally and were able to reschedule for the next day. The technician was nice, worked quickly and did a great job!
