Jasmine is a life saver , I work many hours & was wary about getting help cleaning my home but I picked the right service & they sent me the right person. She restored organization in my home & was trustworthy & efficient. I highly recommend Priehl cleaning service & I’ll request the same employee as well . Very happy & my only complaint is that I did not do this sooner .

I am caregiving for my husband who has a cancer diagnosis. As part of the Clean for a Reason program Priehl Cleaning is a part of, we were reached out to by Valerie to begin setting up our first appointment to get some help cleaning out home as we have been in and out of the hospital for the last 6 weeks. From the beginning, Priehl Cleaning, Valerie (who was coordinating), and Carmen who came to clean were so kind, diligent, and caring. I had to run to do errands and when I returned, Carmen left our condo looking and smelling fantastic. Attention to details and not cutting corners was so appreciated - our kitchen and especially our bathroom needed TLC and I returned being able to think clearly and care for my partner as opposed to having the cleaning hanging over my head. Truly, So grateful for the entire Priehl team, and especially Valerie and Carmen. While it is a business, they recognize it is a business that involves entering the lives of others and they do so, respectfully and in such a caring way. Could not recommend more.

Priehl Cleaning delivers excellent cleaning services. I am very pleased with their deep cleaning, move in and regular cleaning services. Victoria has cleaned for me 3 times. She is always on time, thorough, cheerful and I love the little touches she leaves in my home.

See photos below. Attached is the contract we signed stating what would be cleaned. None of which was cleaned. Please zoom in on the photos if I could have captured the dirt better I would have the lighting late at night was hard to tell from a distance up close you could see the filth. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I recently moved and we wanted a deep clean before we moved anything in the house. The house was previously rented by people who lived in filth meaning kitchen cabinets were COVERED in grease residue, bathroom was dirty, there were tooth paste splatter on the mirrors in the vanity drawers, everything had a layer of dusty and there was pet hair all over. I had mentioned I wanted everything wiped down. Kitchen cabinets inside and out. Appliances inside and outside. Bathrooms cleaned and scrubbed. Floors cleaned and scrubbed. walls and ceiling dusted. Light fixtures and fans dusted. Closets dusted and wiped down. Dish washer and washing machine run with something to clean them. Windows and window sills wiped down everything had dust and dirt on it. The kitchen was not cleaned at all. We were very disappointed. We spent 3 hours deep cleaning the kitchen ourselves with a tub of Clorox wipes to get the grime off the cabinets. The glass bathroom shower door had white spray residue on it the glass wasn’t even wiped down a spritz of windex and it wiped off. The kitchen counter had something crusted on it as did the backsplash. We used some dish soap and water and it came right off. I’m not sure what exactly was cleaned because it certainly wasn’t anything we paid to have cleaned. We would not have paid $630 for a company to come in if we had known how poorly completed the service would be. Had we known we could have cleaned it better and saved our money. The owner has since charged the remaining balance on our card and we have spent hours fixing a botched job that really wasn’t hard to do we just simply didn’t have the time to do it which is why we paid who we thought was going to be the best company to deep clean our home thoroughly. Attached are photos AFTER THE SERVICE WAS “COMPLETED” it was as if they had their eyes closed while cleaning. How do you miss these things terrible service will never hire them again. Save yourself a headache and take your money anywhere else.

They did a great job getting the stains out of my carpet. Showed up on time and got the job done in a very timely fashion. Great service and I will definitely be using them again.

Nici responded the same day after my apartment suffered water damage. They checked all the humidity and water levels and quickly got to work drying out the walls, floors and ceilings. They are professional and set everything up so we could still use our bathrooms.

We had Nici Carpet Cleaning steam clean our carpets and rugs . They have done such a professional job that we were amazed . They are very responsive and reasonable.

I purchased a house that had water damage and mold and I wasn't sure who to call. A friend suggested them and after pricing other places I decided to go with them because they had the best price
7 days after' I was amazed at the results of no smell no mold. They were proffesional and quick to respond. I look forward to using them again

I called the Nici Carpet for a mold issue and they came out the next day and we're very professional and got the job done quickly and explained everything to me. If you have water damage or need carpet cleaning I will recommend them to everyone.

Very easy to schedule, and they were very efficient and kind when I needed to reschedule. Got rid of a bad ink spot we had, and overall made everything look fresh and new. Highly recommend!
