I have been working with Golden Touch for quite a while now. I hired them to do weekly Cleaning on a number of apartments that I mange. They clean the entrances and staircases of the apartments. Apart from that, I frequently hire Golden Touch to do move-out cleanings when tenants leave apartments. I was left beyond impressed by the quality of work and experience that Golden Touch has in the Deep Cleaning category. The apartments were left spotless and smelling fresh! They make it that much easier to rent the apartments again. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I particularly remember one apartment, where i thought the refrigerator was ruined for good, the tenant left it greasy and stained yellow. When Golden Touch finished cleaning I was speechless! The refrigerator looked like new! It was white again! They went above and beyond to get it clean. I am 100% satisfied with their services and will continue doing business with them for years to come. Golden Touch is a company you can definitely rely on.

Highly recommend Golden Touch! The cleaners did a very thorough job cleaning my home for a moving. They paid attention to small details and left the home feeling fresh. Edgar was great at communicating and accommodating my schedule.

Edgar and the ladies did an excellent 👌👍 job on my bathrooms and kitchen. The bathrooms sparkle and the kitchen is pristine. My refrigerator gleams inside and out. Looking forward to their next visit. I plan on recommending this service to my friends.

I found this business from Google Maps as they had a good reviews. I can confirm they are a great, small, family-owned business with many years of experience. We moved into a new house with a newborn so we had high expectation and hope and they delivered.

I like that they are relationship based business looking to build a happy satisfied customer relationship for the long term. I will surely be calling them for a routine service.

Golden Touch did the most amazing job. Our disabled relative was living in a filthy condo. The place is now immaculate. I would recommend Golden Touch and say they are the best cleaning service!!

Horrible experience. Did not finish all they had to finish. Lady on phone had the worst attitude and the worst customer service. Do not use this company. Not worth it.

Extremely poor service. Maid did not do a good job and when I called the owner to complain she instead yelled at me and refused to look at proof when I offered to send her pictures of the poor quality work the maid did.

I have used them for past 6 years. They are always respectful and they listen. These are very hard working people trying to do their best.

This is great cleaning service. They affordable, efficient. We have them come whenever we need help. Always happy with their job.

Really rued service the owner picky up the phone and she had all that attitude For no reason I was asking her simple questions, then I go to her you know what can I speak the manager she's like what you don't like about me I'm the owner , so I told her a don't like a ready your service because your have real bad attitude this is ridiculous then she goes to then good by so the just lost my

Very nice people, hard workers. I like that I can pay for the hours of time insread if the job. They will do whatever you ask. They even cleaned the refrgerator and organized my cabinets

Its a very basic service. They don't provide equipment or cleaning supplies. Pretty much a maid shows up empty handed for a given number of hours & works with what you provide. Which , I don't mind. But for a company claiming to be a professional maid service , they don't seem to show a lot of professionalism. They don't call to confirm appointments , the maids are EXCEEDINGLY SLOW, which is a huge problem when you're paying them hourly. Combine all that with rude, unprofessional & unaccommodating attitude at their office plus the fact that they're not cheap ( also you're providing your own equipment & supplies) & the maids are okay , not great ... I would strongly advice to look elsewhere.

They send one person to clean for 6 hours. I had two different cleaning people on two different dates. Both cleaning people did a decent, though not terrific, cleaning job. But neither one spoke any English. It was completely impossible to communicate even the most basic thoughts.

I will give it zero stars!! I hope the owner reads this and take this as constructive criticism. The cleaning lady they sent was very nice but did not know how to clean. I'm still trying to figure out what she did for 6 hours. A driver drops the cleaning lady at the front door and says her name and walks away. She comes into the house for the first time and I'm trying to explain what needs to be done and she looks at me and says "no English". Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish so I call my wife and she said that she was told to call the Ravinia Maids office and they will translate for me. I call them and I hear a clicking keyboard in the background and I ask the gentleman if he is using Google translator and he says yes!! I couldn't believe it. He started translating via Google and the cleaning lady asked him questions in Spanish and he had no idea why she was saying. What a train wreck!! I decided to call my son in Miami who speaks Spanish and he was able to translate for me. Besides the standard cleaning I asked her to do a few extra things like sweep and mop the utility room which is about 6x6. When I got home I couldn't believe how dirty the house was. Not only was the utility room not swept and mopped there were were a whole list of things that were not done. This list includes vacuuming the rug in the office, dusting, cleaning crumbs out of the oven, clean the handles on the refrigerator to name a few. The list goes on and on. The house did not smell clean and fresh when I got home. It smelled stale and dirty. The one thing that did get cleaned off the counter was the money I left for services not rendered. I would not recommend this company.

I love that they are a small, local business and I really feel like they care and listen to my needs. Every cleaner they have sent has been very thorough and polite. I highly recommend using Ravinia Maid for your cleaning needs :)

Ravinia Maid Service has always provided excellent cleaning services for our family for almost 20 years. The workers arrive on time, they are organized, thorough and very pleasant. They are great for pre & post holiday set up, take down etc.

Well, I have been trying so many cleaning services. I came across Ravinia cleaning. I give them a try, the first time was awesome. Because my basement is under construction, dust every were., I didn’t judged them. But today, Mariana came to my house @7:30 am she left @1pm, my house was so dusty, she cleaned everything, I walked in the house the air was easy to breathe. Thank you Ravinia clean I’ll keep my appointments.
