They came in to do a deep cleaning of my 2 bedroom 1 bath. They were very thorough and detailed for a reasonable price! I’m definitely using them again.

Edgar at Golden Touch was amazing!! We knew right from the initial phone conversation that this company was going to be great. We ran into a situation in which our tenants left garbage, furniture, and debris when they left. We knew that this was not a situation that we were not going to be able to take care of ourselves. Here is where Golden Touch came in! Our new tenants came to look at the place before Edgar and his team came in. They were asking for painting, re-tiling, new refrigerator, and many more repairs because of the condition of the house. Well after Edgar and his team cleaned, no longer were tenants asking for anything! It was sooo clean and no need for a new fridge! Thank you guys so much for helping us out!!

I worked with Edgar on getting my dad's house cleaned and they did a great job! Very quick to respond and they are so thorough. I hired the team at Golden Touch to come and perform a baseline / deep clean at my condo yesterday. They did a great job and were polite, professional, and very effective - they cleaned things I never would have thought of. (The drawer underneath my oven is spotless!)

The crew did a great job cleaning our big house. They didn't neglect anything from the kitchen to the bathroom and everything in between. They showed up right on time and worked nonstop for three hours. We are very pleased with the job they did.

Golden touch did such a great job deep cleaning my apartment in the city! It's a loft so gets pretty dusty and has super high ceilings and large windows. Everything felt really clean and they left everything as it was, I couldn't tell they were there besides the cleanliness. They were professional and effective and made everything easy on my end. Edgar and his team at Golden Touch are amazing. I have had them clean my home for just about every need including regular cleaning, preparing it to list for sale, following move out, and deep cleaning that tackled the remnants of renovation work in my new home. They are so attentive to detail. During their most recent service they scraped up some paint/crayon/not-even-sure-what-it-was buildup on my wood floors that I hadn't been able to remove myself. I didn't even ask, they just went at it and success! It's those thoughtful efforts that are definitely appreciated. For instance, that dirt that accumulates in the window sills--vacuumed up gone. All of his staff have been so kind and want to ensure you're satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Golden Touch provide superb services. I work with the elderly population. I recently acquired a new client whose apartment was severely neglected due to her physical ailments and dementia. Sadly, her sons live away and cannot maintain the apartment’s cleanliness. When I visited her, the apartment was in a tragic state following years of being ignored. I explained that the home situation is dire but he demonstrated great levels of professionalism and agreed to take on the challenge. On the day of the cleaning, he and his crew arrived on time and started immediately cleaning. I want to thank them for ensuring my client felt comfortable and unbothered during this process as she is a very introverted person. Following a 4 hour deep clean of the apartment, it was unrecognisable in the best way possible. We desperately needed a deep clean of our home following an extensive renovation that took us into the tail end of our pregnancy, making upkeep incredibly hard on our own. Edgar at Golden Touch quickly reached out to me after I requested a quote, asked me a few questions, and ultimately shared a reasonable estimate. I was even more so inclined to work with GT given his courtesy. The company had availability within less than a week and sent a team of three to our home. They brought all their own supplies in the middle of negative winter temps and wore covers over their shoes, working from one floor to the next. They did a remarkable job dusting, wiping, and cleaning every surface in the house. The ladies were exceptionally kind and professional, and their work gave me a sigh of relief. These ladies do a thorough job of real cleaning, not just wiping, starting from the ceiling down.
